Great food and friendly staff. They made more than my lunch, they made my day with a friendly atmosphere and inviting location.

Naf Naf is one of our go-to stops in Maple Grove area as we're vegan. I love their hot sauces.

Placed order for pick up. The chicken was so dry it was inedible.Basmati race had a foul odor. Pita was cold- not even room temperature. We have ordered twice in the past month. Both times had to heat up products or throw them out.Food and service has declined dramatically in the last year.We are done with this location.

I love this restaurant. Chicken hummus bowls are my favorite, but I will do a pita with falafel from time to time as well. Their falafel is awesome IF YOU ARE LUCKY AND GET THE PITA AND FALAFEL FRESH, which has been hit or miss lately. I have purchased many times a large hummus and a 6 pack pita to find the pita hard around the edges or *gasp* starting to show signs of mold. Also, don't order Naf Naf from this location via Uber Eats - they will fill your bowl with half the amount as they do in the store and you're guaranteed a stale pita. STOP IT, Maple Grove! Go back to how you were when you first opened.

This was my first time trying this place and it was good. Im plant based and this was something I most definitely enjoyed and the customer service was really well.

Food is good but when we were there it wasn't busy at all and every table was dirty and some of the food was stale. We had to ask them to make fresh. Sure we got there before dinner rush but all the tables being dirty really put a damper on the place. We had to sit by the door, which was kinda cold when people kept coming in. We could tell people looked around and got their food to go because no one wanted to sit at a dirty table. I encourage the owner to have a talk with their staff about the atmosphere they provide for costumers.

Very bad attitude by a staff, it's been multiple times the same person doing the same bad attitude. I don't recommend anyone coming to this store in Maple Grove. The person saying he is the manager, but I don't think so. So can't make any complaint against the person at work. Will not even look at the store again.

Parking: There are only a few parking spots along the buildings, but an adjacent parking lot has acres of seldom used spots. Parking is no problem.Navigating the parking lot on the other hand is typical of suburban shopping centers which are designed to ensure traffic cannot flow quickly. The designers of this parking lot succeeded in that goal!

Ordered delivery on 1/4/24. We've been to NafNaf before and were always happy with the portions, but the delivery was significantly different in a bad way. The bowls were barely half full, even the sauces were about 1/3 in the tiny deli cups. They sent a note 'sorry no baklava' but didn't refund us for it or give us a coupon for free desert next time or anything to make it right. The chicken shawarma tasted like tuna fish and was dry, nothing like it was the last time we were in the restaurant. My side order of baba ghanoush came in the same size condiment container the rest did, not the side cups they used to have - I don't know if this is now the standard size but I sure wouldn't have paid what I paid for this tiny amount. The only thing good was the pita. I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant and how different delivery was from going in, if this is how they treat people by giving them much less food than they paid for, than they would have gotten in the store, then we'll take our business somewhere else.

The flatbread is really good fresh. Discovered this food in the Iraq. Pretty darn close to what I recall, just on a fancier scale. Wish I would have heard of this

Great fast food! Pretty close to authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. I love the falafel and shawarma. My 12 year old is happy with the chopped salad and a side of hummus. This is a fantastic and healthier alternative to American fast food chains.Vegetarian options: Falafel, hummus, babaganoush, chopped tomato cucumber mint salad and more are available.Dietary restrictions: Possible to get GF if you leave out the pita.
