Don’t ever order out. I DoorDash and every time (literally, without fail), I have to wait at least 20 min for the food. I’m writing this as I wait. I got here at 5:16 and it’s currently 5:41. Brutal!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I recently became very ill from food poisoning from this restaurant. Either the employees are nasty as hell or they are selling bad food. Either way, I've been sick for days after eating here.

I will never order here again. They advertise delivery but don’t tell you they use DoorDash who can also never can find our location due to outdated mapping software. Against my better judgement because I forgot the system here, I ordered delivery tonight for me and my son. I’m waiting for the driver to call after an hour passes thinking our food is almost here. He calls 5 minutes after the delivery was expected to be completed telling me that noodles is out of noodles! I ordered through noodles app but never received a call or any type of notification from anyone at the store. I get a text an hour later from the DoorDash driver telling me the restaurant I ordered from is out of noodles! NEVER AGAIN! Now I’m out $33 for a couple days until they refund me and scrounging for dinner last minute! Horrible service! DO NOT EVER ORDER DELIVERY- DOORDASH IS AWEFUL! I’m just glad I didn’t order pick up considering I probably would have waited a half hour, drive there thinking my food was ready for them to tell me there is no noodles. How does a restaurant named NOODLES AND Co run out of noodles???!

Service & food were just ok. We ate in as we all were there for a work meeting. We were served in disposable dishes.Trash was overflowing! There seems to be a issue every time we come here that nobody takes out the trash & it's overflowing. Very disappointing & disgusting to look at not to mention sanitary.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but this location is probably the worst! “It will be ready when it’s ready” is what the girl on the counter told me when I didn’t find my order on the counter though their app showed order was ready to pick up about 10 minutes ago. Then she literally slammed the bag and said it is ready now. There were 3 more people waiting for the pick up though the app said their order was ready.

The food was tasty but I should have ordered online. It took 45 minutes for my single order of noodles to come out. Online pickup was priority over dine in. It wasn't even busy. There were 2 people waiting before me and about 4-5 people behind me and all of our food seemed to come out at once. So the people who were there before I even arrived were waiting longer than the 45 minutes I waited.

Do not get the new Chicken Parmesan. Chicken was burned, noodles under cooked, not enough sauce. Tiny portion.Ice machine barely working.Yuck all around...Noodles was one of my favorite places. Not anymore... Sad...
