I've loved p.f Chang's for years. Today I got my fried rice that I always get and there was eggshells all over my rice so I wasn't able to eat that and then my chicken and rice tasted like the broccoli was gone bad or something something was off. I'm very disappointed. I paid like $40 looks like I won't be coming back so freaking sad
The food is consistently good, just not great. Service is almost always friendly and attentive. Atmosphere varies significantly depending on time of day and day of the week. It can be quite annoying when parents bring young children and don't show them how to properly behave. On the other hand it can be almost pleasant with a more adult crowd. To be clear, we go here whenever we go to Maple Grove because there are a few dishes that we quite enjoy. I'm not bashing the restaurant just trying to give an accurate account based on our many visits and I do recommend giving it a try.

My first time at this location. Waiter did a great job suggesting food for my girl friend and explaining the heat levels. Lunch menu was good. I'm used to the big dinner menu and meal. He made great Arnold Palmers, since they only serve coke products. Overall nice place to go by the mall.

Randi was a great server. She took care of our needs. She was personable and checked on us frequently. We had a party of six. We were seated right away. We ordered the Waygu steak, honey shrimp, dumplings, sushi, Kungpao shrimp, beef and chicken mongolian, cheesecake, drinks, etc. It was a special night for us. Randi even took s picture for us! Great night.
