I always come through the drive through with my mom and dad and there is a barista that is the absolute sweetest and has the best customer service skills i’ve ever seen, and that’s coming from someone that’s also a barista at a different store - everyone at this location is always so sweet!! appreciate your hard work lots??

I visit this Starbucks every time I come down to see my daughter. This is by far one of the worst Starbucks I’ve had to encounter. It seems to be every single time I stop here on a weekend that my whip cream has somehow disappeared, they’re always out of my toppings, my cup is not even adequately full, and my drink is Child temp at best.

I asked for a hot Carmel crunch which is normally cold but on a trip they made hot and delicious (in Mississippi) came home went to this Starbucks they made it ( it was not good) the lady asked to remake it still not good the colder states need to do better with coffee they figure we're going to buy it

Leona was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called becaus a different girl at this location told me I could use my birthday drink the day after my birthday, but Leona just said too bad. I spend hundreds of dollars on Starbucks a year, and they can't honor one drink for my birthday? That are a multi-billion dollar company. Unbelievable. Just another reason to go to Caribou.
