I eat at subway A LOT more than the average person, it’s my favorite place to eat UNLESS my food is nasty which I’m this case it was, I specifically asked the employee 114 did they still have the BLT and she said yes so why did you only put bacon on my sandwich n cheese on top where is the rest of the meat what am I going to do with two slices of bacon you wouldn’t even make a homemade BLT with just bacon, I’m highly disappointed I paid for practically vegetables and Mayo

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Over the last few months literally every single time ive come to this location they say it will be 20-30 minutes because of online orders. I personally used to manage a sandwich shop and that’s not how you do business. It seems you can only order here if you have an online order. Myself and 3 others just had to walk out because they said they couldn’t be with us for 20 minutes. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what. However, you go back and forth between online and in person orders. If i were the owner of this chain i would be livid to find out how much money i was losing out on due to the way this store is being ran. That was my last time being turned away. I simply will just have to go to any other location. embarrassing.

Literally half of the time I walk in to order food from this location their "card" option is down and cash only. I am also told every time I order a sandwich with certain toppings that "soon people won't have an option and they will have to get all the exact toppings on it that are in that sandwich." That doesn't make sense to me to not allow customers to make the sandwich to their liking or to feel guilty to ask for certain things to be excluded from their sandwich. Or what about people who have allergies to certain foods? It really makes me avoid going to this location.

Dishonest, cheat, liar, misbehaved and arrogant manipulating lady-manager I ever seen . As a local guide from the beginning days of Google, I always support local businesses but sorry to say this lady manager of this subway store made me think different ways. I feel like she thinks about herself as the president of the country and everyone should obey her. That's her policy of business to misbehave with her customers and earn money. I should not go to any subway as the management could have a shameful staff member like this. Be aware of her you can be cheated on money or get a police threat from her. As you don't know she can take your money at the highest tip without learning your concern. Hence decided toavoid all the stores of team subways.

Quite literally some of the worst customer service ever. The dude with dreads working Saturday around 5pm was the worst. He legit saw us, ignored us for 3 minutes, went to the back, came back out, messed around for another 3 minutes and then looked at us without saying anything. He dropped my bacon on the ground and tried to put it on my sandwich until I told him 'NO - that's no going on my sandwich'. He smiled. He was listening to music and kept asking me 'Huh'. I was ready to walk out mid-sandwich making but I had my 72 year old mother and 5 and 9 year old kids with me. I'll never go here again. He was the worst. He's ruining business for this location. I honestly will never eat here again.

Coupon scanner not working. I asked the dude if he could honor the price and type it in manually... he said, "they don't like us to do that". Horrible business contingency for an outage. This is also the same guy that said, " next time tell me what you don't want on the sandwich... It's easier".... And also the same guy I heard bickering with another employee right in front of customers. He's toxic AF.

i have near really had a bad experience here, more of just when you would expect. the food is tasty and fresh most of the time. i skipped lettuce the other day because it was a little too pink for my liking. I would come here again.Vegetarian options: you can get all the veggies you would wantParking: can be difficult to find parking with the number of businesses in the area.Kid-friendliness: lots of options for the kids.

I recommend you go to the other subway off of Maple Grove parkway. This place is crazy. First they wouldn’t take my coupon for a rotisserie chicken foot long, even though it’s not expired and no where on the coupon does it say not accepted for rotisserie chicken. (It only states not accepted for wraps, the monster, the Mexicali, cali club, the beast, and garlic roast beef). She (supposedly the assistant manager) was very rude about it. Then when I showed her the coupon on my phone she got upset about that because it wasn’t a paper coupon. Really!?? That’s the whole point of QR codes. I’ve had this coupon accepted at other subways without issue. Rude service. I’ve lived here in MG for over 20 years. Never again will you get my business.

I ordered and payed online. They claimed the order wasn't in their system. I showed them proof of ordering on the app. The manager refused to allow the order to be made.(I can't rate the food because they took payment but did not provide a meal.)
