Order online 3 footlongs 2 of my subs were missing bacon (American club n steak add bacon), onions on my sub after specifically asking for none, sauce gushing out my sandwich when I know is not standard.... When I walked into the establishment one of my sandwiches wasn't even in the bag. It looked as if they just threw it on the shelf. Didn't even wanna go back and deal with the two gentlemen working.

Have been to this shop a few times. Always messy/borderline dirty. Always teens working, no adult supervision. Last 2 times we ordered online they messed up our order. This past time they weren't able to fill the order because they ran out of meat and no one was old enough to run the cutter. They also didn't know how to process a refund and now the manager isn't responding.

Filthy. Cash register area looks like a pig sty. Davene, I think that’s his name, was at the cash register making a scene. Using the f-word. Proceeded to help himself to a glass of pickles…eat them behind the counter. Didn’t know how to run a gift card. Horrible service. The young lady making my sandwich was at least polite. I don’t expect a lot. But this was bad.

Wish I could make zero stars. Drove here 2 times this week at 730pm when I got off work, says there open until 9pm. Clearly closed by 7pm. Update your Google page please or just close. Won't go back here since they can't take 50 seconds out of the day to update hours. Don't waste your gas going to this location!

Awful place. Since I know they tend to randomly close early all the time, I called on my home from a work out class to make sure they'd be open. The guy who answered said they were open until 9. I got there 15 minutes later, at 7:15, just in time to see the employees locking up as they left!!! What?!?! Why didn't you say that you were closing early so that I could go somewhere else?? Terrible customer service and I won't be going there ever again.

Food was fine but he older gray beard guy was very rude simply because I walked in before my online order was ready. Wasn't complaining, was patiently waiting minding my own buisness. It's like... who hurt you sir?
What is this? The sandwich isn’t even closing! It’s a mess! I can’t even eat this! The courtesy would be to remake the whole sandwich but the gentleman said the bread was too soft so that’s why it’s so messy. I hate to be that guy but there’s no way I can eat this while at work. Very disappointed that making a new sandwich wasn’t an option. Guess I won’t be having lunch today since half of it spilled out when I opened it.

Absolutely ridiculous that only after we purchased salads, they said they didn't have any silverware. And be told the manager says that they don't have any. What kind of manager leaves this happening and doesn't go and do something it right away? Terrible

The food quality is mediocre, just about acceptable for the price. The veggies seemed a bit stale and the cheese lacked flavour. There are no vegetarian or vegan options in the protein section. I've seen better subway outlets.

Lunch was a little busy, only 2 people behind the counter, however were nice and made my sandwich without errors. Nice mix of seating (booth, low table, high table). Ample parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Dedicated parking close to the entrance, store is set up wheelchair accessible.

It’s a strip mall Subway; you get what you get. Plenty of parking. Public bathroom is kinda stinky and unkempt.
