Ordered online, no chili cheese burritos on the app and you have to go inside to pick up your order. They won't let you use the drive thru. Ordered sauce packets, they were listed on the receipt, there were none in the bag.

TLDR: This Taco Bell will make you wait 45 minutes for your food and then get your order wrong.Let me start off my saying that this is the first bad google review I've ever written, I usually don't bother but this one is for good reason. To warn people to stay away from this Taco Bell!I did an online order and when I pulled up to the window, I was told that the fry machine was broken and that it would take some time to fix the issue and was instructed to pull up to the front of the building. It was late, (2:15am) and I was just looking for some quick food to eat before bed. I didn't get my order until 3am as they were closing. I left, a bit frustrated at the situation but at least I had my food. I opened up the bag at home and to my suprise, they got my order wrong even after preparing it for 45 minutes. The mistakes were that I got a small fry instead of a large and they put ice in my soda when I specifically entered 'no ice' in the app. The establishment had closed at 3am so I couldn't go back to fix the issue. I chose to just be flexible and just eat the food before going to bed since I had nothing else to eat, even though they ripped me off on the fries.That said, I will never be eating at this establishment again. Absolutely horrible service.

It's sucks when you have to expect horrible service and disgusting food put together by people who clearly do not care. I cant find a single taco bell anymore that isn't a compete roll of the dice (even by what was already a low standard.) How hard is it to read an order?? I find it hard to believe everyone is this dumb. No, as you may expect, lazy workers who couldn't hack it at any other job work at Taco Bell.

Manager that worked tonight was seen throwing a slushie at the car in front of me, and I didn’t want to order so I left. Very bad service and needs to have additional training. I will be reporting this to corporation.

My burrito had more beans and cheese then tortilla, normally this would be a lovely thing however it was not. It tasted acidic like i threw up in my mouth and i had no relief of a tortilla because i couldn't taste it They had a limiting menu not offering a lot for a taco bell connoisseur like me. I got the classic meal and i was left unsatisfied, i would've been happier taking my 5$ and using it to wipe my rear end. My cinnamon twist had some type of shells in the bottom of the bag, i was repulsed. The service was okay. they did not mess up my order other then making it taste like something my dog would concoct after eating leftover hamburger helper. It looked cool from a distance but when i was their i could say a million things but all i'll say is that the menu looked trashy and same with the surroudnkmg
