I like it a lot because it always has all the flavors.

Was super excited to try this place, but I was sadly disappointed. I was fully expecting chocolate & vanilla at least, given those are two of the most staple flavors. In my opinion. There was 6 flavors to chose from. Apple Cider, Pumpkin, Peppermint, Tart, Chocolate and Matcha. Apple cider, and pumpkin are not common flavors, seasonal if anything. Same goes for peppermint. There was frozen yogurt all over the place, and the handles were sticky, all around gross in here.Half of the toppings were missing, only had whipped cream, cookie dough, cherries and some gummy bears to chose from with the spoons. The wall dispensers were some nuts & a few cereals but the tray for catching excess was also gross.

It wasn't necessarily the place but the customer service. I visit this location often but this time I overheard a concerning conversation the manager was having with an employee. Not

This used to be one of my favorite places but over the last several months, most of the time they have the same flavors. They aren't rotating them out like they did over the summer. Also, quite frequently, several of the flavors they do have are low on mix so it comes out runny. The last 8 ir 9 times I went, there was only about three flavors that actually came out correctly and tasted good out of the 8 to 10 flavors they had. I find that for the amount it costs, I am better off going down the block to ColdStone. The service is always great and the employees are friendly enough, it's the yogurt that's lacking.

Waited for 10 minutes for service. (My kid was super excited to be there, so we hoped for the best. It was a big day, and Yogurt Lab was a dream spot for him. Other folks came in, waited briefly, and left.) The place was sticky and dirty. It was very obvious the employee was in the back on her cell phone. Eventually, we ended up leaving and heading over to Cold Stone Creamery to celebrate with the kiddo instead. (And follow the other Yogurt Lab customers, who had been waiting.) It was a bummer of an experience, to say the least. I live in the area, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure why there's so few fro-yo places out there nowadays but happy this one is here. Good selection, nice staff and clean restaurant (except the corners... might want to get those one more time - they're easy to miss!). Overall nice place.

Went today from Monticello with my sisters and I have never been more disappointed or disgusted. We went to Maple Grove ONLY for frozen yogurt which is over 1 hr round trip. When we got there, the 2 women working didn’t greet us and just stayed on their phones. They acted like they were pissed we even came. The store was absolutely disgusting yet no one was cleaning anything. There was sticky melted liquids all over the floor and toppings literally everywhere. We went 2 hours before close and there were 5 flavors that were available. Literally only 5. Then we went to the toppings station where it was disgusting. There was every topping mixed in each other that you could’ve even grab anything without a random chunk of soggy cookie dough being in your popping bubble pieces. Not to mention every topping was almost gone. This place used to be amazing and now I have never been so disgusted. Threw the frozen yogurt away and ended up going somewhere else. Would not recommend nor go back. Also, every review also says most of the same things from weeks or even months ago. Bathroom had no soap, rude employees, filthy, should i go on? Obviously nothing has changed. Get staff that cares or shut down. I never write reviews but seriously… this is unacceptable.

I do like this place, but they are often out of toppings, and last time I was there they only had 6 flavors of froyo available. They seem pretty popular they just need to keep on top of things. It's a good spot when they are not out of a bunch of items!

At the maple grove location, Only 6 of the 24 flavors of yogurt were available and the kid working was on his phone the whole time. It was like having customers were bothering him.

Prices have gone up, only half the yogurt dispensers had any flavors, cookies and cream is my favorite and this is the first time it tasted like they didn't put enough of the flavoring in the mix. My girlfriend got the raspberry tart and said it tasted watered down as well. Appears just like everything these days you're paying more and getting less, your money is better spent elsewhere

Ruben is AWESOME !!!

It closes at 9, but they kicked us out at 8:45. We arrived at 8:20, and almost all the toppings were gone, so I asked them if they had cookie dough and they grabbed it but said I needed to order another cup. Workers were so focused on closing, had to wait several minutes at the register before getting my cup at the beginning. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was unacceptable.

Amazing place! You can choose between a flat rate for the cups which is very nice, and theres a great variety of toppings. The small is a bit pricey, at about $7 but it's really all you need. I do wish they'd offer a kid's size, as it gets expensive with a group of little ones. But it's a good value. They didn't have a super wide variety of flavors, many of which were okay but not ideal with toppings. However I would highly recommend getting vanilla and layering toppings. There was a very wide variety of candies, fruits, syrups, and other toppings that was well stocked, good for your value. Definitely coming here again. Like many of the other reviews said the floor was dirty, and there was a bit of spilled toppings on the bar thing, but the tables were clean and it was easy to look past. The employees were on their phones, which didn't bother me but may bother others. Overall great food, meh service and atmosphere.

Even though the website said it was open, it certainly did not look open. The open sign was not on and there was visibly nobody inside. Prices are a little heavy, topping selection is kind of limited. The froyo itself has a weird texture- almost icy instead of creamy. I don’t think I’d return.

This was the best yogurt I've had in a long long time! I was chatting it up with the workers & they were just too darn funny!! Sophia & Leiah were so attentive and helpful! This place was outstanding! I cannot wait to come back and try all the flavors! Yogurt lab, you really stepped it up! #impressed
