We ordered fries, they never filled the order. 20 minutes later after we asked they put the French fries in the oil. We cancelled. The employees weren’t helpful and I personally saw them give 3 free food to their friends.

The price and amount of food, could be better. $35 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. The drink was pure syrup. Better off going to a restaurant like Culver's, you get more for the price.

Be sure to NOT leave a tip UNTIL after you've had to wait an exuberant amount of time for your order and then be sure NOT to order the Chicken Cordon Bleu. You won't get the ham, it looks and tastes like tuna, and when I brought it back thinking it was a mistake--Nope. I couldn't finish it. Too greasy.Visited Friday; Not again.

I worked in the mall next to this business for almost 3 years and really enjoyed getting lunch from here. The food was always fresh and they have so many different yummy burgers you really can't get anywhere else. Staff was so friendly as well!

Took our grandsons to Maplewood Mall to ride the merry-go-round. We were right at lunch time so went into the food court. Hamburger and fries is always the favorite so saw the Blueprint Burger sign and got in line. Had no idea that we would be eating some of the best hamburgers and french fries we have ever had. Excellent homemade taste and quality. If you have to wait a little bit to get waited on and get food, don't fret. Well worth the wait!!
Okay so it's the Mall so it's always crowded. But this spot was a blessing in surprised ? It's an Asian burger joint. I had the Hmong ? Pepper Buger and it didn't disappoint. It's was on point and it had bacon. The service was a little slow but for a good burger, I'll wait. I recommend and will be back.. buy local ya'll...
