Super disappointed in my visit today. I had a perk for a large drink for the price of a medium, & made sure to mention that when I ordered. I thought my total was higher than I expected but didnt think nothing of it. I came home & checked my app & my perk was never used & I was indeed charged the price for a large. It's becoming pretty regular that employees arent adding perks to my orders at this location as well as others. Super frustrating!

LOL my actual review didn't post-so sorry!!! My experience was amazing!!! I've a "service dog in training"-not your normal lab size, but a cavapoo, and she's training to indicate for autoimmune issues. Eventually she will be trained to pick things up I drop. Anyways, a staff member asked very politely if she was "a working dog or a pet" and I said she was in training and I got "that's great! Have a wonderful time!" No judgment as to how small she is, no "oh really? And what do YOU need a service dog for you look fine" (until I grab my one and go to walk) the question was asked, answered, and we were treated with respect. I've had issues since I was 8. I've always had people question "really? You look just fine". Your staff almost had me in happy tears!!!! Definitely making you my Caribou of choice!!! Thank you!!! And the cooler (even hot coffee in winter gives me a hot flash-or as my family says "power surge" lol) and Pipers 1st Puppichino were very good!!!

Great location, right next to interstate 694, and a lot of shopping areas and fast food.Normally customer service is pretty good. Sometimes it feels they are just talking amongst themselves. But they make excellent drinks. I normally get a weird drink that isn't really on the menu, so they get confused or have to remake it sometimes. But I like what I like.If you like sweet drinks, I would recommend trying a vanilla white mocha cooler with 1 full shot of Carmel. Cures the sweet tooth and addictive!I recommend this location, overall good place that make their drinks great.

Had very bad experience with barista SAM today at the drive through. Staff got our order wrong and missed a drink we had ordered, when I told her about that she started shaking her head as if we did something wrong; was very rude and did not apologize. Staff at this location also did not accept a gift card that was issued by Caribou; and just said that the card was not working and it is our responsibility to figure it . I did tell the staff about the bad experience I had and explained that I wouldn’t be coming back to this location, answer was: ‘alright’.
