i was helped by emma tonight and it was the absolute WORST service i have ever received. i will never go back to this location as she was extremely rude to me and her coworkers. very disappointed.

They played very soothing music, it nearly put me to sleep while I munched on my 12ct nugget. Darren, the assistant whom took my order, said “you may refill this sweet tea any time you’d like.” With a big smile on his face, you can tell they don’t beat their employees here as they are glad to assist the customers. Food was very soggy but I’m a soggy guy, I enjoyed it. Maple wood chick fil a will forever remain a staple of the maple wood community, I will cherish it and Darren as long as I live.

Hello, just wanted to say " thank you " for the great service !!!! We don't have a Chick-fil-A close to us so I drive the 45 minutes to pick up 2 of the southwest chicken salads !!! They are by far the best fast food salad I've ever had !!!!

Used to crave the club and the fries from Chicagoland locations, but even though the meal I just had was good, it didn't live up to my recollection of how tasty it used to be. Also I really hate asking for sauce. It should be offered or left available for grabbing.
