Our server was outstanding! She was very friendly and highly efficient!The 10.99 meal that I chose came with a bowl of soup or side salad, a nice cheeseburger with fries, and a soft drink! A nice sit-down lunch of quality food, all at a reasonable price! I highly recommend!Or you can pay a dollar or two more and get a less quality buger and fries, with no soup or salad at McDonald's. Not me, I will come back here!

Terrible service, food was good, the waitresses are rude with a stick up the wahzoo, and it’s dirty in here
Went there on a Saturday around 7. Pretty busy, but only had to wait 10 minutes before seating. I had called earlier to make a reservation, but was informed that they only took those before 5, and after 8, which seemed a little odd. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. The only negative I have is that their in-house music was so loud, you could hardly carry on a conversation. Tone it down!!! Otherwise we had a pleasant experience.Parking: More than enough parking for a full house. Plus easy to get to right off Beam Avenue.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Only 3 table were cleared off in the bar area (there were only 10 cars in the lot), got seated quickly and then waited while all staff were in the kitchen whooping it up. We ordered chicken wings and were told they were out. WHAT!?!?! Changed up and order the 3 appetizers, which contained PLASTIC!!! in the egg roll, what if a child had it and choked!?!?! They thought they were doing us a huge favor by taking it off our bill. Our whole meal should have been free or at least the drinks. Totally turn off, I will never go back.

I’m not rating on food but for Low serving staff, and seating parties out of order. There was standing room only when we arrived with our 3 yr old daughter. We were quoted a wait of 20 mins which we were fine with initially… The host offered the couple that came AFTER us seats in the back to wait AND gave them a booth that could seat three before us. We didn’t get the same treatment. I won’t be back. Very upset with the service today. It was an older guy host who may need re training on how to seat tables of similar size. He didn’t realize that he sat the couple ahead of two parties (of 3) that came in before them. Went over to Olive Garden and was seated in 3 mins and offered much better service. Please do better chilis.

I was disappointed when I picked up me and a friends lunch.. We ordered two Santa Fe Salads. Very simple. But the salad tasted old and my drink I ordered taste like it had been sitting out all day. Did not taste like anything I ordered. It's the little things that count like taking your time preparing a small meal...

Went last week to Buffalo wild wings, much better. Chillis burger was fair, fries were substandard.20 dollars + per person, 10 99 burger basket ,and 2beers. Won't be coming back ,your manager should go to wildwings ,see what you're competing against. You're overpriced for that quality.⁸
