What can you say? It's a Dennys. They set their own standards and they are mediocre. All of them. They get 5 stars for consistency. They are consistently low quality in every area. Their target is low prices. I only go because they are close and open earlier than everyone else after covid seemed to make all breakfast places open after 7 now.

Service was good, waitress was friendly. Food tasted fine but had some gastrointestinal repercussions that lasted half the day. Not sure if the cook didn't wash their hands or the dishes weren't clean or what, but I'll go elsewhere next time.

It was not very busy, the service was really good and the food was delicious!!!I can not believe they only have a couple employees working, especially during the dinner rush. This poor waitress handled herself very well, but I think it was a lot to ask of her! The cooler was broke that she was dealing with that, plus serving everyone, and to go orders by herself. Then when we checked out, the register wasn't working either, so thankfully we had enough cash, especially to tip her, but not as much as I would have liked to.

Last night, my experience at Denny’s was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed the employee behind the desk seemed disengaged and failed to greet us, prompting me to initiate the greeting. Throughout our meal, there were multiple errors with our orders, including incorrect drinks and poorly prepared food items that had to be sent back. The overall service was subpar, lacking the basic standards of customer care.When I reached out to speak with the manager today about my experience, I encountered further disappointment. The manager's response was dismissive and unprofessional, with an unwarranted display of disrespect. The conversation quickly became confrontational, with the manager raising her voice and threatening to hang up on me. This type of behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment for customers seeking resolution.Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this particular Denny’s location to anyone. The level of service and professionalism displayed by the staff, especially during the night shift, was concerning. It’s evident that there are significant improvements needed in terms of both service quality and adherence to professional conduct standards.
