We loved J Pot! You never would guess this used to be a Pizza Ranch - the interior is fantastic! This was our first time and got the hot pot. We cannot wait to come back next week and do the BBQ. Food was amazing - the robot delivery was super fun. We had Alena at our table helping us navigate the extensive menu and she was awesome in handling all of our questions and making perfect suggestions. If you go - ask to sit in Alena's section!

We came here today and got the hot pot and Korean bbq. It was very good. Everyone was nice and welcoming. All the food was fresh and they bring it out on a robot. The broth I got was the Szechuan Style one and it was really good and flavorful. There is a 15% gratuity automatically added but I don't think that's bad. The prices are fair and it's all you can eat. There is a good wastage fee which is fair. Also if one person at the table gets hotpot or Korean bbq everyone has to have it as well. That's the one rule I didn't care for. But overall I will return.

Good service. Multitude of choices. Order just a little at the begining as they serve big portions of meat. Great if you come out in a big group. Be ready to wait during peak hours

We had a party of 7. Our server was excellent, food came out fast, and everything was great! I like how they gave each person their own preference of broth for hot pot. The highlight for me was the marinated short rib! Shouldve taken more picture but was extremely hungry and couldn't wait.

Putting into perspective that this is AYCE, it is actually pretty good. I have been to J spot twice within the last two months and I've been there during lunch. The first time was okay but I think talking to owner made a difference and the atmosphere was pleasing and nice (the same week when they open). I went again two weeks ago for lunch and it was pretty good! This is a good reminder that this resturant is a cook your own meal type of resturant. If you do not believe you should pay the gratitude then you probably should eat here. You have staff cleaning up after you, taking your food order, and a robot to bring your order to your table. And lastly, the owner is so kind ?! Soooo that makes a big difference too.

Our waiter Jessie was AWESOME!! Many options and different varieties of foods to choose from and cook. Only downfall is if we had to request for meat or seafood items, we have to flagged down our waiter or waitress. Pretty cool to see a electronic robot delivering our order at our table. But the robot can get stuck when you have a bigger party group covering your table area and cannot determine the best place to announce their arrival with your food and stopped in the middle of the aisle. (Reason of my vid posted, the table next to us had a party of 8).Please note, there is a food wasted charge of $20 per pound wasted, so, be mindful or get ready to pay for extra food wasted. Also note, there is a card charge fee and also food tax fee.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly but for maybe not for the price though.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: There are induction stovetops for the hotpot to seat on (pot inside rim is hot but outside is cool to the touch) and the fire grille located on the center of the table. Must watch can get burn if unsupervised. But can be fun for kids to watch while their food is being cooked.Wheelchair accessibility: There are areas tables available to accommodate any wheelchair accessibility needs.
The first thing I noticed about JPot was the spacious interior of the restaurant that made the dining experience very comfortable! The interior design was very ambient with Chinese elements everywhere that contributed to an authentic experience. All of the servers and hosts were very kind and willing to help; my server checked in on my table quite often and was very responsive with my requests. Meat/seafood was super fresh and well marinated. Overall quite an awesome experience and would recommend anyone to try it out!

We had a large party of 14 but were seated in a timely matter. We did arrive a bit earlier than dinner so after we were done eating (around 7pm) there was a long line of people. We opted for both the hotpot and kbbq. Side dishes were decent and I, personally, liked the meat selection better with the hotpot than kbbq. Food and side dish options would be 3.5/5 but giving jpot 5 stars because of our server! We had Noah as our server and he was so attentive and helpful. He was patient, kind and made sure we got our items that we ordered.
