I now understand why every locations of Million's Crab has bad reviews or are now closed.My party and I did the AYCE option. Now, I understand that AYCE does not mean two to three hour+. Most AYCE that I've been to have a limit of two hours, and I've been told that the limit is two hours.We literally were there for an hour and had a total of three rounds of seafood. The portion size wasn't huge, which is understandable because it is AYCE. But I swear the portion got smaller each round and the sauce, too.We literally got our third round, and the waitress gave us our tab. Mind you, I didn't ask if we want to order anything else, dessert or more water.Seafoods wise, it's not like it is fresh, but it is what it is for MN. The sauce we got was the Cajun and garlic butter. sometimes it was really salty, but it was still okay.Don't get the brussel sprout with bacon. It is mushy and not good.Also, don't get the cocktails from here. We got a sex on the beach and Bahama Mama. They both were not good nor tasted like what it's supposed to be.Overall, I have been to plenty AYCE restaurants, and I just want to reiterate that I understand AYCE does not mean you stay the whole day. However, if you're going to advertise yourself as an AYCE for a duration of two hours, you as a restaurant should acknowledge that. I feel like my parties and I have been treated like we ate enough food for the $29.99 (or something like that), and now the restaurant can pretty much say you need to leave. Also, it's not like we each order our own individual. We order the seafood boil and eat together from the one bag.

If you're going for the seafood boil, go somewhere else. No head on shrimps. No crayfish. Mussels have very tiny meat because it's not green mussels. Never going back. I should have known better when I saw the parking lot was so empty.

The quality of the seafood was disappointing. Nothing tasted fresh besides the potato.The crab and crawfish seemed old and almost mush when you try to take the meat out from the shell. The corn also tasted old. Flavor is ok only, far from good. 1000% Do not recommend.

Horrible they cooked my seafood boil the happy foresome in craw fish water , tried to tell me it was foster tail legs when it still didn't have lobster or craw fish....they cussed us out tried to make us pay full price ....I don't know but we will never go back...cross contamination at its best ...this place is not up for accounting for poor service...funny the reviews you have are bad I you have different shelks that were not offered in our boil you guys also canevout and cussed at my kid and I, after the terrible service and criss contamination we will never be back you guys are horrible now....and each boil shoukd be fresh not crossed with whiskers from lobster and crayfish horrible people horrible service your revenge are terrible.

Over priced for the serving you get. I had a lobster tail for 17.99 and I had 2 bits and it was goneI also had 2 blue crab for 10.00 and it was not good. Waitress never asked about our food or refill our drinks. The fried catfish sandwich was small for 17.99. The portions were very small for the price.

The serving portions are a joke, so small. Food is greasy and tasteless. Zero meat on the crab legs.Even the fountain pop was bad. Super sweet to much sryup.One server for the entire restaurant.I got stomach cramps in less than an hour. Had to run find a toilet.I do not write reviews. After going to this restaurant. I had to let them know. I do NOT recommend this restaurant at all!

We recently dined at Millions Crab restaurant for Valentine'sDay, and I must say it was a very disappointing experience. The ambiance was lackluster and cold, resembling a cafeteria rather than a cozy eatery. We started at the bar, and the tonic was completely flat. The bartender did make me a new drink, but the second was also flat. The seafood bag special for two was bland, without flavor, and overcooked. Aparently, you had to add seasoning upon ordering. Our waitress said nothing of this and did not know how to answer several questions we had.This was not her fault it was her first night. That is on the management for not properly training her. The fried Calamari was the worst we've ever had, so tough you could not chew it. To top it off, my husband went to the restroom, and there were 4 soap dispensers, which were all empty. In the womens restroom, there was a clogged toilet and a toilet brush on the floor. Gross! Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying seafood dining experience.Parking: Large parking lot

Food was fairly good, but service was awful. Waitress messed up on one of the orders, she had someone else bring out what she missed up when we were close to done, then never came back. No extra water for anyone until I asked another waitress for some and food was a bit spicier then anticipated. I normally am a 20-30% tipper but she was lucky to have gotten 15%! And that was only because there was no place I saw for 5 or 10% and our bill was close to $150. Will probably never go back to this location!!!Parking: this was the only good thing

It was basically seafood boiled BARE - no seasoning whatsoever. Very disappointing to spend a large amount on money for nothing seasoned.

I’ve had it here before and it was really good, this experience was very different. It was like fast food. Not good quality. Some items over cooked like the crab legs, corn, potatoes, everything was extra soft (overcooked). Missing items off the menu, I was really looking forward to blue crab. Then the service, my waitress paid no attention to me I had to flag her down for refills, food, and the bill. It’s not a good feeling to waste money and that’s how I felt after this visit
