Our entire experience was very good.. Our server, Maria, was amazing. She made us feel very welcome, checked on our needs regularly, and kindly got us anything we asked for. The food and dessert were delicious. I had two guests with me that were unfamiliar with this restaurant and they were very pleased as well. We had an excellent visit. Thank you!

It's olive garden. Food is good. Our server didn't speak English but we managed. She was very nice and quick so no real problems. Just a soild chain.

Order $60.00 worth of food and they wanted me to pay for 6 bread stix. Where as if I sat down you get an unlimited amount. Now my food is probably getting spit on. Service was below any standards one would have. Waiter had no clue what he was doing. Couldn't answer any questions. And food has taken over a half hour for to go.. 3 people have come in and ordered got food and left all came in after myself. Disappointed ?

Worst tasting Italian food I've ever had I don't know what seasoning food right did to the cook very blanton and when u complain they tell u it's minnesota people like their food less seasoned I've lived in Italy before this locations food taste nothing like authentic Italian food ,I lowered my expectations to basic soup ....omg they brought me cream submerged in water with no salt or seasoning and fyi the server defended the recipie mishap and with an attitude..omg and I was so hungry ...will never forget this expirience. As a black lady I did not feel same expirience as the white folks dining the only time I saw a smile on the servers face was when it was payment time ....thinking I would tip her for discriminatory service...thank God I know Reality from fakeness...and that's how I forgot about Olive garden maplewood ...Am specific ( not all the olive gardens)wish I could give a 0 rating ...it's a mess.

Sunday lunch visit. Food was good, and came out on a normal timeline. Service was mixed, very attentive on some items but completely forgot the concept of drink refills. Overall a fairly run-of-the-mill Olive Garden experience.

We went to Olive Garden for lunch on Sunday, there were 3 adults and1 child in or group. One person ordered he Unlimited Soup, Salad and Breadsticks.When their soup arrived it was lukewarm. Then the salad was brought, there was a lot of brown lettuce in the salad, which she sent back. Breadsticks weren’t brought out until we asked for them. We saw the tables around us getting breadsticks, but we didn’t get them until we asked for them. They were part of one persons meal.Then we went to use the restroom and it was nasty.Or service bad experience

We went to a birthday get together here. Olive Garden is usually a pretty safe place to go but we were a bit disappointed. The service was good, except for bringing the wrong beverage for one guest. As always, the salad and breadsticks were great! I had spaghetti with meatballs. There was very little sauce and there was water in the bottom of the plate (not sure if the pasta wasn't drained or what). Took most of mine home and will "dr" it up. My husband had lasagna. Both entrees were very bland.I've never had these issues before so it was disappointing. Loved the people I was with though ?
Certainly not what they used to be. The food just seemed just ok. They got rid of the portabella mushroom ravioli, so honestly there is no reason for me to ever go back.
