Server was great. Food however was not there like literally. I came for a steak I asked for a porterhouse and was told they where out of them. When I asked if they could substitute a new York strip and filet mignon for a porterhouse I was told no at the managers discretion.

We literally have never had such fast good service at a steakhouse on a busy Friday night. Our server was knowledgeable and nice. We got our food remarkably quick and never had to ask for a refill on drinks or flag our waiter down for something because he was always around.

No non spicy food to be found. Even chefs salad was spicy. Disappointing.
We were not impressed, and left wondering if the reason there was no waiting on a Friday night meant our experience was not as rare as it should be. We have been to a couple other locations and had a much different experience. One thing that was the same was the food. The food was as good as it always is, which is the advantage of going to a large chain restaurant. It was the service that was disappointing. We got seated right away and the waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away, so we were off to a good start. The problems started after that.My dinner salad came before the bread or appetizer. We had to stop the waitress and ask for the bread. When she checked back in with the bread we asked about our Bloomin' Onion and she said it was on it's way. After a while of sitting there, the next thing to the table was our main entrées.The appetizer came about 2 minutes after the food. Also, I ordered a diet coke, but the refill was regular. To their credit they did comp the Bloomin' Onion, but I would have preferred to pay for it and it to arrive before the main course. These are definitely first world problems to be sure, and we still tipped 20% based on the check before the comp, but it was a disappointing experience for the price.

My family and I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse and it was an great experience! The steak was the star of the show, with the ribeye and filet both cooked to mouth-watering perfection. We also appreciated the cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot for a special family dinner. The only downside was the online gift card payment system, which could have been more streamlined. Despite this minor hiccup, we all had a great time and would definitely recommend Outback to anyone looking for a delicious steak dinner.

Haven't been here in YEARS! Got a call from my cousin for a couples dinner date, and had a gift card for Outback many years ago. So had money on it, so why not?!We got seated quickly for dinner, and served on the quickness! My wife and I ordered the steak, mine specifically asked to be cooked 3 seconds on each side (BLOODY), but received it medium rare. It's ok because it was still filling, and seasoned really really well! The mashed taters was yummy, as well as the veggies! I was given shrimp (didn't order), and didn't have pay for the mistake! I wasn't in the mood for shrimp, so my wife ate it for me. She said it was delicious! Our waitress was really nice, prompt, and cheerful! It's what makes a restaurant enjoyable!Thank you for dinner the other night, and we will most likely return!

Great food and service. A "must try" for the first time diner at Outback Steakhouse.Dietary restrictions: A large variety of food items are available to select. All food items would be prepared to your dietary restrictions so long as you inform your server when ordering your meal.Parking: A large, well -maintained parking lot with handicap parking close to the front door with a short ramp or one-step up to the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: See above under "parking".
My granddaughter called her food 'frozen" it was so cold. Steaks are low quality but charged at high prices. Ribeyes should be marbled and seared on outside , not half the steak in fat chunks and undercooked when ordered medium. If 2 entrees and a kids meal puts you around a $115 and adding a tip and no alcohol, the food should be great. Perkins, Chilis and Applebee's steaks are killing this low quality weird meat. My server was nice. They took my steak off my bill. My daughter boxed hers and then refused to take it after paying . We left it on the table today.
