Decent location in the strip mall with a lot of things nearby. This location is very small, but the person up front had great customer service.A little pricey, 2 large pizza for $29.00 which seems more than it should be for average tasting pizza. Prices going up everywhere.Service was quick and did carry out took 20 minutes until ready. Overall it's what you expect from a pizza place.

I was served food with hair in it 01/14/23, and reached out to customer service by email, to prevent making a (-) review for the store, as I have also worked in fast food so I know how it goes. Anyway, after no email reply, I called the store and a woman answered. I let her know what happened and she said Papa Johns had a guarantee that would offer me with a new order free of charge. I told her thank you, and if I could call back later to place an order and she said yes.I called back an hour or so later and she said I needed to speak with her manager instead, she took my name and number down and I got no call back from either of them.A few days pass, no call still, so I call a third time. The store manager is caught up with what happened and he moves to refund me the total, but the computer system would not allow it. He took my name and number down, said he would speak with his manager and get back to me. He did not.I called a few days later a 4th time after no call back still, and he said the same thing, that he would get in touch with his manager and that he would call me. That was 4 days ago, and he has still not called which is what prompted this review.They have been given 5 total opportunities to resolve this, and they have taken 0.I used to work for a Domino's and the difference in customer service is incredible.This Papa John's served me food with hair in it and did not even apologize, much less been honest or helpful in resolving, I will be submitting a report to the BBB for this incredibly disgusting service.At Domino's, we would call customers the same day/same night and resolve with ease, sending refunds or re-orders or coupons with desserts as ways to maintain and uphold customer relations. This place is gross, unhygienic, and dishonest.

We ordered the heart shape pizza early and they were great a fixing the time. But then today came the food was ready a half hour early so everything was ice cold. And the heart shaped pizza was burnt so trying to reheat the pizza just made it worse. Tired calling back and no answer phone rang for 5 min.

This is apparently a self service location as I ordered online and got the notification that my food was ready and upon walking in the guy at the counter ignored me and continued to stick labels to empty pizza boxes even after turning around and noticing I was there so I finally just walked behind the counter and grabbed my own order and he didn't even notice till I was already heading out the door. The food was the typical low quality and overcooked pizza that one would expect from an establishment like this.

I had to wait almost an hour for my pizza, that we had ordered ahead of time. No one would update me on the status, I was ignored when I came up to the counter, and wasn’t offered any compensation for the insanely long wait time while my 2 young kids (one that is being potty trained) were waiting in the car. Papa John’s had become one of our favorite places to go, and now we avoid it at all costs.

The worst customer service his name is Blake instead of fixing our order he argued with us and trying to explain to us how they make the pizza. We are done with this location, he needs training. If you need your order right stay away from this location.
Ordered $60 worth of food, 3 items. Papa Johns decided to outsource delivery to DoorDash when they're "busy". Two of the three items that were delivered were destined for another location. Called about this and manager put up an argument stating I received the correct order when I had the pictures and labels on the boxes to prove otherwise? Said he didn't have time to talk, they'd remake the order and send it out immediately.Two hours later I still haven't received my order. When questioned, manager stated multiple large orders came through so they had to "take care of those first"...Eventually I received my order after a third hour waiting. I didn't push for a refund until the manager promised twice to call me back, first after an hour, then after his shift ended another hour later.I never received that final call.The food wasn't the greatest and I was angry from the hassle, which made the enjoyment factor non-existent. $60 and multiple hours wasted later; I can say I won't be ordering Papa Johns again from this location. Can't trust the quality of food when profit is put over quality.

Last week I ordered a papadia and it arrived with no seasoning on top. Didn’t think they could get this bad… will have to try another location. Today I ordered and they literally sent just the papadia crust. I’m speechless. How the hell do you mess that up. No seasoning either. Glad I ordered this on Uber eats so I got my money back. Was really looking forward to eating a papadia. ?

Expensive with minimal toppings and flavor. Ordered a sausage + pepperoni with regular crust. Very little sauce and flavor. Also got a thin crust with spinach. $20 for a large two topping and $18 for a large thin crust one topping with so little cheese and sauce that it just felt like eating cardboard. Will never order again.

With my Correct order. But they said we will keep the wrong older and give us the new one when I check it when I got home it was wrong so they are bad
