Went to Subway this evening, ordered 6 footlong subs. Mgr was great! Gave me and hubby great service and even picked out all the bad banana pepper and jalapeno pepper that I didn't even notice it was bad. Made beautiful looking subs! I almost wanted to video it because he had it all lined up perfectly too. One man team at it's greatest! Thank you Mgr. (Sorry didn't ask for ur name. Just knew you were the mgr based on our conversation.)

General manager decided to Lock the doors over an hour early before they close. Only accepting online orders. So he can go chill in the back. Talking bout it’s too busy and he’s the only one. I understand being the only one but at 9 o’clock at night I don’t think you’ll get THAT busy. Whatever. L

I have been to this Subway several times with no problems. Today the sandwich ingredients were very bad. Lettuce was brown and bitter. Tomato so soggy and overripe and spinach tasted bad. I ended up throwing half of my sandwich into trash. Very disappointed.

It is 723 pm local time as I type but was there at 710pm and the doors are locked and bones answering the phone despite being open and all the lights on and a sign stating they have doors locked from 8 to 10 pm and to call for assistance. Pretty ridiculous will be complaining to corp.

I ordered for delivery from Door Dash. When ordered, it said my food would be delivered within 20 minutes. The dasher messaged me that there was only 1 person working and they were way behind. I feel bad for the employee. Owner...hire more people, come help your employee, turn OFF order acceptance with delivery services until you are caught up. My order took over 1 hour to arrive and I don't live far. Again, I feel bad for the employee working like that
I went Subway tonight. I ordered my food. This is the second Subway that lies to you. They say other subs on the list such as the Philly can't use the coupon. I'm done with Subway. I understand the exclusions on the coupon. But it doesn't exclude what I ordered. This is bait and switch marketing. I will never return. I paid full price even though my order fell under coupon subs . It was very dried out. Too many times there food is not what it used to be.Parking: When an owner is there . They limit you to subs that are basically single no meat subs or a basic turkey,ham, or veggie.

Always late on online orders! Like its ridiculous. Every time I come in my order isn’t made and I have to wait 10 mins for them to make it. I get they can be understaffed but hire more people so it’s not one person struggling all the time.
