Hate to say it but when my food is messed with I can’t help but leave a low rating of review. I asked for a vegetarian bahn mi, which the nice lady said she would make for me. A few bites in I noticed a meaty looking substance which was the pate made from chicken. I asked the lady to remake the sandwich without it and she refused. I won’t come back to this restaurant for that reason. On the flip side I ordered a pho with no veggies for the little one and it ended up having a handful of bean sprouts which the kid didn’t want. Spent $50 for the meal here.

New younger cashier. It is usually the aunties that take my order. We ordered two bowls of pho for my kids and ended up waiting 30+ minutes. We talked to the cashier about our missing order twice. She walked to the back and came back to her cash register. It was not until the outgoing louder extroverted lady came out and started yelling out order numbers. I pushed to the counter and told her about my order 10+ orders ago that she got my order in a minute. I believe the cashier lost our order receipt and did not have the back bone to own up to it. She just stood there looking oblivious all the times we talked to her about it. Did they do anything about it? No, just a sorry and walked away.

I love this place! I specifically come to Maplewood Mall to eat here. Banh mi beef sandwich for only 8.95 and you get so much meat and vegetables. Bread was fresh. Beef pho bowl is also amazing for 12.95. Broth isn't too salty and has rich flavors like star anise. The meatballs in the soup were a welcome surprise. If you don't like or can't handle spicy food I would recommend asking for no jalapenos.

We've eaten here 10+ times. Normally beef pho is very good, flavorful broth and tasty meat, but the last two times bland. I wonder if the usual chef is on vacation?? Portions are small for dine in, bigger for to go. They use the spongy meat balls which i like. i do love that dine in is with paper bowls! We also tried the grilled pork Banh mi and it was not good, very sweet. My husband is Vietnamese so my review is backed up

I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t want anyone experiencing what I’m going through right now. First, it took 30 minutes for me to get my order of 2 pho bowls and a bubble tea. When I finally got them and started eating, the broth was lukewarm and there was no flavor to the bowl (even with the added sauces) and there was something off about the bubble tea. The pearls were also gritty and seemed old. My fiancé took 2 bites of his before pushing it away. Ten minutes later I began to feel extremely nauseous and needing to use the bathroom urgently. It’s been a few hours now and my stomach is still extremely sensitive and I feel off. I will never order from there again. Ever.

The lady prepared my foods with the same gloves, she used to handle money. Needless to say I threw the foods away. I will not be going there anymore.

0 STAR!!! DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT SUPPORT THEM ANYMORE! This place is nasty and rude. Ordered a beef pho for my daughter and they just threw the piece of lime on the tray along with the spoon and fork. Not only that but the container for their chili oil was empty so I had asked if they have anymore, the lady was so rude she didn't answer me but took the chili sauce container in the back looking all mad. She then came back from the back and as I was using the Sriracha and hoisin she yanked it from me and toss it in a clear bin. Will not recommend this place to anyone else and will definitely not go back. They don't value their customers.
The lady serving us was super kind and sweet. Food was good, service was great! Love supporting locals!

Surprised to find this level of flavor at a mall food court. Went on a Saturday around 4PM. The ladies at the counter were super friendly. The Bun Boe Hue is what caught my eye but I opted for a grilled pork Banh Mi. It was wonderful. I had tried Lu's on Nicollet for my last 2 Banh Mi and oddly enough this was a better sandwich. Service is a little slow but really you are getting restaurant quality from a food court so use your patience and you will be rewarded.

I don't even know why it's rated so high. The pho tastes like the beef paste from the jar. The amount is tiny for that price. The older lady who was cashier was also pretty rude.

I paid for my pho and the lady at the counter took my card, swiped and threw it on their counter. And then proceeded to accuse me of not paying because she forgot to give me a receipt. A small bowl (the only size) is 13$. Broth was nasty and cold, and I had frozen meatballs thrown in there. I definitely would not go back lol, I was in the mood for pho and now my stomach hurts after eating there.

They use to be good, Now they got lazy... pho taste water down still after adding condiments. The meatball tasted old like its been sitting out and placed in the fridge days after days and then served. It had a smell of rotten meat ?. Doesn't taste the same anymore, it just taste laziness..
