The light fixture above our table was disgusting. DEAD bugs and grease!My Mashed potatoes and Broccoli was served with no butter or offered.When I spoke with sever and assistant GM. They gave response of:The light fixtures were hard to cleanButter isn't served because people don't like butter on their mash potatoes or vegetables because they are high in cholesterol.Ummm... since when do people not like butter on their potatoes or veggies.The response by your team was not customer friendly. I received an apology but then excuses that a customer doesn't want to hear. Do better!

I was very upset that i spent 100 bucks and couldn't move my spot due to someone wearing a strong perfume that made me not hungry anymore due to being Nauseous but on the other side of things the food was great as always

I ordered the Fish and Chips to go. Worst Fish I ever had. Over cooked frozen cunks of dry fish jerky. The frys were over salted and cold. The slaw was tasteless.

Love the comfortable seating and booths here! My friends and I were charmed by the giant chalk boards with hand drawn popular cartoons as well. We'll be back for sure!Vegetarian options: The Beyond Meat Cheeseburger is pretty good.

The food wasn't too great and I got a slushy but it was just shredded ice In blue colored sprite. The computers were down so we couldn't get our check and the staff were all just standing around the computer. Took very long to get served but our server was nice. Disappointed, won't be coming back soon.

Very disappointed meal! I didn't know chicken could be so flat. Children had what is called a slushy. It was not any type of slushy I have ever seen. A cup of ice and blue drink that didn't even taste like raspberries. The computers were down so we couldn't even get our bill to leave. Will not be back!

The service was awful from the very beginning of taking our order. Her communication was lacking in all ways. My wife asked for the Cobb salad to which she said bluntly "do you want protein?" My wife said yes chicken, I thought it came on it her response was "No you need to tell me if you want it, grilled or breaded." Then when she took my order she rolled her eyes. When my food came it was made wrong, which took 10 plus minutes to actually track anyone down to tell them. Then our server told me "That's how it comes." no apology no solution provided to help amend the situation. She was flat and rude. I didn't eat the meal and left with no meal.
Recently went here around 4pm. Got to the entrance and happy hour specials are posted! Great! We're seated in the dining room and then told happy hour specials only apply if you're in the bar (wasnt on the advertisement) my partner is in recovery so we don't do bar seating. Fine, we'll pay double for the same thing. Order potato skins and chips and salsa. I have no idea how, but the potato skins had ZERO flavor. It was wild! Cheese? Tasted like nothing. BACON? Also didn't taste like anything. Waitress never came back until it was time to give us the bill. $27 for bland food and bad service. Taco bell would've been a better choice, honestly. We won't be back.

Okay so I could have dealt with dry wings if I was gave the opportunity to have a replacement, however our waitress didn’t even check in with us again until my husband had already finished eating. We had to literally waive her down just to pay our bill. At least they didn’t charge us for the wing jerky, but service and food was abysmal. A good reminder to support small businesses instead of chains.

The worst service! We went for lunch it wasn’t busy. We were sat in the bar, they have nice half booth bar seats.The waitress was nice took our order but never came back. The food wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what we ordered. Half the order was wrong, and since the waitress never came back it was not corrected. No one came to ask how our meal was. In fact we had to ask a passing server for a box and our bill.Do NOT use the restrooms, one word disgusting!!!I will not be back!
