My usual stop for take-out Hmong food when there are deals going on. The food is consistently made and the order is always correct when picking up. The staff is fast to respond to me as a customer. Plenty of parking available and relatively safe to stop by to dine-in or grab a drink.

The hall is perfect for any occasion, the food is delicious and very buzy. It's also perfect from private party to mango party. I love the atmosphere, I only wish they'd open earlier to order for lunch. My favorite dish is the chef special egg rolls. A place to not miss when you visit St Paul, MN.Wheelchair accessibility: Can not complain about handicap or not parking's. See for yourself!

Food is delicious if you're dining in. Don't ever order for pick up. Otherwise, you risk getting soggy and/or bland food. Atmosphere for restaurant isn't good. Avoid during peak hours. It's as if they're trying to strike a balance between having a restaurant and a place where people casually hangout but missed the target miserably on both. Service is decent but not worth getting a praise for. Worth dining in if you can get one of the rooms so visit when it's slow.

I was excited to try the Pork Belly laab, which was crisper then any other restaurant. However, it was flavorless and wasn't served with cabbage or lettuce 5/10!The waitress Grace was so sweet. Which is why I gave three stars instead of one. She recommended the spring roll wrapped eggrolls. I should've went with my gut instinct when I observed the price of $14 for four slim eggrolls cut into eight. They were different, the majority of the eggrolls had no meat though, it was all noodles. Definitely not worth the hype or the ridiculous price for a fried wrap filled with noodles. The dipping sauce seemed water down and tasteless as well. The restaurant itself was nasty dirty! From the condiments on the table to the entry doors and the parking lot. YUCK!The Sriracha was so runny, which I found odd.

Crappy place that doesn't care about food quality or good service. Sent back thai style papaya 2x, it was never fixed nicely. Both times tasted like someone just poured a bag full of sugar over it the first time, then the 2nd time poured a cup of fish sauce. If you don't care about doing things right or we'll, please don't serve it. There's really not a good "hmong" food restaurant because of these types of experience and poor food quality. The server didn't help the situation either. She never came to check on us, we had to go walk around to find her to ask for anything, we got our last dish at the end of our meal, conveniently forgot to take off the papaya salad in the end, and never came to refill water. The food and service has NEVER been consistent or good. Spend your money elsewhere more worthy.

Good pho, broth flavor didn't have too much depth but I did enjoy the pork belly in the pho, that was a new experience for me. If you need a pho pick me up this will satisfy you.

Was hoping to write a review months ago about this incident. Totally unprofessional!!! My sister order takeout with her number all the time. She went to pick up the food and end up with a random text from a worker. To which he messaged that he found her attractive. TOTALLY NOT CREEPY AT ALL. This is privacy invasion!! Honestly, if he wanted her number, could've asked her in person. Unison, pls train your workers about repsect and privacy. Ridiculous!!!

Dont even think about coming to this place. Service is horrible. They serve by “whoever they see first” i swear we got there and nobody served us, but others showed up after us and they noticed them sit down and they served them first. We had to literally flag them down to get their attention, after they realized we wanted to order, they gave us our cups of water, then never came back to us for the next 10mins. We just ended up leaving. I try to support hmong/asian businesses, but here, issssa NOOO.

Shady business practices and terrible customer service. The first incident happened over summer when me and two of my friends went there for dinner on a Friday night, around 8pm. They were very short staffed, I could only see one young man who was bussing tables and the hostess who we overheard was named Jenny. We asked for a table for 3, but Jenny responded that they were no longer seating tables. We clearly saw that there were several open tables including some empty rooms, some of them needed cleaning, but were not being used. We said we could sit and wait for one to get cleaned but Jenny said no and refused to seat us, she said they were no longer seating tables unless we bought a private room for $50 and then we could order food, otherwise the bar was open. If you've eaten there before, you'll know that these rooms are usually free-- however they refused to serve us unless we were willing to pay $50 up front for a room. We thought this was because they changed their policy or were no longer serving food except for private parties, so we just decided to get a drink at the bar before leaving to get food somewhere else. While at the bar, we saw them clean and seat the next three tables after us. We were very upset but decided to leave and take our business elsewhere as we didn't want to support a business that aimed to scam us.We did not return to Unison again until several months later and only because a friend of ours convinced us to go to watch Thursday night football. We did return a few times with the same group over a few Thursdays and those times were fine in terms of service and our experience-- up until yesterday. During the game, our waitress, who was visibly intoxicated came into our room and started talking with one of the guys about how he should always book the room. We joked along and agreed with her for the first five minutes or so, then I left to the bathroom. When I returned and she was still there, keep in mind the bathroom had a line-- I was gone for almost 10 minutes, and she had moved on to lecturing him about how she was upset that he asked her to check if he had paid for something one of the prior weeks when we had visited. He was visibly annoyed, since he had only asked her to do something that is a part of her job description and he needed to know what he paid for within a larger group of people. One of the other staff members finally pulled her out of our room after about 15 minutes of her talking at him. She took two of our credit cards to check us out of our bill on the way out.Around 11 pm, security and staff started ushering everyone to the banquet side of the building as they were closing the restaurant side. It had been approximately 30 minutes since our waitress had taken our cards and we couldn't leave because she hadn't brought them back. We could see her socializing with other people and asked another staff member to check on our cards. He came back shortly after and said she had lost them but would go find them for us. We asked to speak to a manager as we felt it was unacceptable for the establishment to have lost two of our credit cards and that they had been unaccounted for for nearly 30 minutes. They did eventually find them on the banquet side even though none of us stepped foot over there the whole night. The manager, whose name was Lucky, then came over to our group and asked what happened since "this is a family establishment and I don't want there to be any talk". We told him what happened and his response was "but you all had fun, right?" And then told us that his employee did nothing wrong and dismissed us. This only upset us more as there was no accountability for the actions of their employee:- She was visibly intoxicated- She came into our room to complain and lecture us for 15 min- She took our cards and Lost them. There was no apology from any staff member that night regarding what happened. We left with the intention that we would never return.

I love their fried chicken feet and fried intestines. The flavors are phenomenal and cooked to a perfect crisp. I would definitely go back. If I lived in Minnesota, I would definitely be a regular customer!

We found like, 2 strands of hair in our food. One in my pho and one on an empty plate. Seriously...? I can understand if you lose a strand of hair in food but on an empty plate? That's literally ridiculous. The food was okay, I didn't really enjoy it. The service was okay as well, they did get our order wrong at the end when they randomly brought us sausages to go but other than that, the waiter was polite. Some random kid was vaping outside too, a staff member's kid, probably.
