Good overall experience.Wanted to meet friends at a place partway and this was a really good choice.I had the pulled pork and my partner had the hamburger steak. The lyonnaise hash browns were really a nice compliment to our food.If you like nature cheese curds with light breading. Amazing!!The kids ordered a cookie skillet and it disappeared so fast I almost didn't get a bit. That one bite was really good.
I had a bus to catch at 12:25, so I was here right when the restaurant opened at 11 am. The restaurant is right next to the Jefferson Lines bus pickup point. I was able to finish eating in plenty of time to catch my bus. The fettuccine Alfredo is a vegetarian entree, but I didn't feel like a heavy cream sauce. I made a meal of side dishes--Brussel sprouts, wild rice blend, and asparagus. Some of the asparagus was tough. I liked the wild rice blend. I looked into a margarita flight...read full review

4/22/2024 Passing through town and ran across this place at dinner time. What a great find! The hostess and server were super friendly and helpful, not only with the menu but about a museum in the area. They made weary travelers right at home. The food was excellent as well!
