Just a joke of an establishment. Not a real star bucks, and they treat their baristas horribly. Don’t even allow them to make drinks for themselves anymore. Management is running the place like a bunch of communists.

I come to this Starbucks a lot. Generally I have a pretty good experience here. There was an issue that happened, and Kayla was VERY friendly and helped find a resolution to my issue. Kayla is awesome!

It's 8:45 PM. My friend and I wanted a really caffeinated drink that wasn't coffee since we don't really adore Starbucks coffee. We told the barista that. She said they didn't have chai and didn't even recommend us any other drinks. So we just ordered a grande Iced Carmel latte with almond milk and an extra shot of espresso. Our drinks came out to be black instead of a latte. BLACK COFFEE. We asked her to add more milk so she said sure and added a not even teaspoon to our drinks of not even almond milk. She added skim milk! And didn't make it any lighter black. Our coffee costed almost 7$ each. And it taste like s**** The barista barely even talked. We said hi to her. She didn't even say sorry. Horrible costumer service. I didn't get her name but she had brown hair and long eye lash extensions. She was working on this Friday night. Do not go here. Never coming back. Worst Starbucks by far.
