Sat and waited 10 minutes for a drink, watched three people leave with their drinks. Asked them what was taking so long as we watched him dump my drink out twice, and he told us he didn’t know how to make my drink. Finally handed my drink to me and it was supposed to be a raspberry green tea with bubbles and all it was, was milk with bubbles.

No towels in one restroom. After mentioning it to staff person they didn't seem interested. The toilet was in need of a cleaning too.
