Get the mushrooms! Order what every else you'd like because it's Burch and it's going to be fricken amazing, but don't screw up and forget to order the Mushrooms. They cook them over the fire and taste like tiny little steaks. It would be wrong to call this place Burch Mushroom because who would go? Actually, I would because damn!

This place is worth visiting. They serve large portions for reasonable rates. Constantly neat and with excellent mood. I highly recommend this place.

This is the restaurant I take out of town guests to really show off our local restaurants. simply the best food and service in the twin cities.

Burch accommodated a group of 7 (with reservations) on a very busy weekend night with great service. The food was excellent; beware of the $40-45 bottles of rose though... It's worth spending up another $10.

A glass of wine, smothered chicken with dumplings, and a split dessert coming under $40 at a place this swanky was good new for me! I also had a quick slice of the Fugazza and WOW. blew me away! Great amount of goat cheese to make it creamy, stringy mozzarella for a good bite and arugula that offered a good crisp burst of acidity to cut through the cheese. Can't stop thinking about it The chicken was bone in which usually is not my fave thing (I'm a lazy eater) but the meat was so tender and juicy it was FALLING off the bones. It was skin on which I find restaurants usually fumble and make far too salty, but this was well seasoned. The sauce was buttery and smooth, the dumplings were a fantastic bite and pillowy. Ordered the Earl grey creme brulee to split and the crust was thick and crunchy, and the actual dessert wasn't too eggy but was smooth with heavy accents of vanilla and Earl grey. LOVED it

Had reservations to sit in the basement, cool space, and absolutely delicious pizza! Also free bread assortment (not pictured) was a great bonus with a variety of warm breads and butter. Despite being a pricey steak house, the pizza was incredible well priced ($5-$15 or so) per pizza. Each pizza is 12" so a great size to share... or devour personally like it did.

I'm a bit torn about this review, but given the fact that "Pizza Bar" is in the name of the restaurant, I think it's fair. I loved the ambience of Burch. The sleek wooden interior and lighting were easy on the eyes. The service was nice enough. The Calabrese Pizza I ordered, however, was pretty anti-climatic. I was really craving pizza and what I got was quite lackluster. There was nothing about the flavor or texture that wowed, or even impressed. It's possible that Burch is the Minneapolis go-to for steaks. If so, remove pizza from the name. Go to Blacksheep if you want a delicious wood burned pizza!

I just wanted to sit after a long day and have a drink, but ended up staying for some oysters and a pizza. Totally amazing! The glass of sparkling wine was delicious and fresh, the Island Creeks were perfectly shucked. The eggplant dumpling was very good - never had anything like it before. The pizza was very good too! Amy, my server was quick and gracious. Overall a really good solo diner, at the bar experience.

Amazing good, amazing service, there is much to like. I did not try the pizza, but had a few of the appetizers, loved the bone marrow and attached a photo of what you get. I will absolutely go back, can't recommend enough.

I have been here twice and enjoyed both of my visits. Bone marrow is ezcellent for starter. For steak, my choice is NY strip. Next time I want to try their pizzas.

The burger here is fantastic! It's honestly the best burger I've had in the twin cities. I also love the salmon tartine--so fresh and rich. The food options here are great. You can really go heavy or light depending on your mood. The wine and beer list are satisfactory. I had one cocktail here once that was fantastic. Love the option to sit at the bar, formal dining, or casual downstairs. Careful as it gets pretty packed here on weekends. There is valet parking.

Very elegant! The service is always precise. Your water is always there being filled and food is taken away really fast after you're done eating. I'm not used to the service of them always there and cleaning my table so fast.
