Absolutely sublime, melt in your mouth BBQ. My boyfriend and I were so impressed by the quality of the food, I truly don't think I've had a better chicken thigh or drummy before. Tons of savory flavor!

I had the pulled pork at closing time. Smokey flavor was phenomenal. The meat was a little dry but it was closing time. The coleslaw was coarse cut sweet with just a touch of heat. Will definitely order again. Atmosphere was perfect for a small Is mostly take out barbecue joint. Go give them a try.

You want to eat here! I had the ribs which were impressively tender and meaty with a terrific barbecue sauce. I also had a side of fried okra and the hot water cornbread. Just delicious. I had a bite of my friend’s brisket and coleslaw and those were both excellent as well. And those desserts! Definitely going back for those as well as collards and working my way through all the fish choices! The proprietor is a lovely fellow who cares about his product.

The food is absolutely ? on point. Coming from the south, BBQ is a big thing. The rib rips were tender and juicy and the brisket was melt in your mouth tender. Smoke flavor came through as it should. We will return thanks!!
We picked this place on a whim. It was fantastic! We have the pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwich, water bread and Mac n cheese. The gentleman working was friendly and the food came pretty fast. The sandwiches are served on onion buns and slathered in bbq sauce. Th mac n cheese was think and creamy, but not overly creamy. It's a very small place. There's only 4 tables. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for great bbq.

We tried a pound of BBQ Beef Brisket, Large Mac & Cheese, Large Potato Salad, and Large Coleslaw. All were fantastic, with fair portions. The sides are similar in size/price to a grocery store deli, but better quality. The thinly sliced brisket melts in your mouth, with or without the BBQ sauce. I will most definitely be back to try everything else. Prep time can be up to 15 minutes. Call ahead if don't want to wait. 4% charge for credit cards. Bring cash if that matters to you.Parking: Smaller lot, but free spots available.
