She gave me a receipt for 2 glasses of beer around $8 but charged my credit card $25.;

I love this bar. It's small but comfy. Never any drama here and the service is good. Also, the wings are HUGE!

This place is so fun! It's a cozy little bar where you can pack in without feeling too cramped. There's always some sort of entertainment here: poker tournaments, live music, or just great people watching. The clientele truly is a mix of all types of people, old and young. They have menus in Spanish. It really feels like everyone is welcome.The staff is really nice and plays into the fun. After just a few visits, they started greeting me with my usual drink.As far as the food, they have a lot of classic bar fare, but the wings are the best! I've tried all the flavors and the lemon pepper dry rub are my favorite. If you can't find your own table, it's common to grab a seat at someone else's to eat your food. It's one of the only places in the area where the kitchen is open late- often till midnight.Thanks Cedar Inn!
Ordered wings and 40 minutes later was told that my order was given to someone else. Didn't get to eat but other people really enjoyed theirs.

I have tried nearly every top rated wing spot in the twin cities and these are hands-down the best!T F'ed up sauce, Asian Stick, and Cajun Dry rub are my personal favorites.The servers are great, and the food is always fresh!It's a small bar with "towny" vibe. The regular patron's are extremely kind and involved. They have night events, games, and tournaments with prizes. All in all this has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the cities.
Great wings! Tried Asian Sticky and Garlic Parm sauce, both were awesome. Good food and quick service.

Usually I have my camera out ready to take lots of pics and videos. But this time I didn’t. OMG best wings in town is a F’n understatement. If you look at my other reviews I am pretty tough. I wasn’t expecting much but Cedar Inn really gets high praise. The wings were perfectly sized and made beautifully. We had the Buffalo and Sticky Asian flavors. Both amazing. Our waitress was attentive and sweet. My son was my wing partner and he was very happy!! A+ definitely coming back!

While the secret has always been known by those looking for exceptional dive-bar food, I’m glad to see this place reinvigorated as of late. Till this day (been coming here from the burbs since college in the 00s) this place has hands-down the best wings in the Cities — and possibly the entire Midwest. Even with all the new sauces, they just keep staying delicious (broasted chicken is amazing!). Pro-tip, get a pitcher of Highlife, and a side of fresh cut fries to go with your wings (which should include at least a few Asian Sticky, if you know what’s good for you) and you’ll leave with a big stomach and an even bigger smile on your face.
