We had a great time at this bar, it was lively but not too crowded. We even got to play pool on the only pool table there. There's a room for dancing as well which looked enticing, maybe next time.

Great bar! There's a dance club side and a sit and chill side. Great for both moods!

Do not criticize the management. They don't take kindly to it, nor learn from it. Bartenders are great!

Connor the barback is amazing! Me & my girls go back just for him. Great staff, safe vibes, great cocktails of course.

Here for drinks with my softball team.It definitely is a cool, safe space. If you’re a gay guy! Kind of a bummer for the lone lesbian, but I still had a good time.Ladies, next!

Great place with a nice fenced in patio. Lines can get long for a drink so make sure to make friends with the bartenders and take care of them. They will take care of you!

Last summer, on 2 occasions, it was severely hot. As a street performer, I danced into the bar, and the bartender really gave it to me.

Super slow service. Bartender had no pep in his step even though a line of about 9 of us had formed. Very disappointing. At least try to keep clients happy.

Last night was my second visit and once I got past the whole waiting in line to order (this seems to be a Minnesota thing - polite, but not efficient), I realized that I enjoyed this place quite a bit.Waiting in line for ten minutes to order is uncomfortable for individuals with chronic pain and invisible disabilities, and it renders all of the bar seating unavailable.I would much rather grab a seat and wait my turn like any other bar in any other city. Otherwise, once I got used to it, it wasn't as bad.The bartenders were polite and friendly, although it seems like you open your tab with an individual bartender and not the bar as a whole? I just gave the second bartender a different card.Overall, the drink prices are reasonable and quite strong, and I felt like I had a good experience without spending too much, and would like to come more often. The show tunes were especially my style, and I'll have to visit the patio on a future visit.

I came here with friends on a trip to Minneapolis and we had a blast! We came on a Wednesday night for Karaoke. There are many rooms inside of the Eagleboltbar and karaoke was hosted in a particular room in the back. I appreciate that because it was separate from the spaces that were more for drinking and chatting. The karaoke host was so nice, and had no problem with our group putting in multiple songs. The bartender was lovely and very accommodating. Staff was very sweet and it was all around good vibes! You can tell this is a traditional gay bar, frequented by gay men, but the atmosphere felt welcoming (during karaoke) to us queer women.
