We had a bridal shower the service was great..food was great such a welcoming atmosphere. The owner Hussein, customer service skills are outstanding. It was a memorable night for all the guests :)

I had a meeting with clients at the restaurant and event center. The food was fantastic and the service excellent. The tea was amazing too! We left thoroughly satisfied. I also loved the fact that i don’t have to worry about parking lot. This place has ample parking space.

This people know how to do business. Thank you for hosting us this Saturday. Very tasty Somali food. Eastro will soon be one of the best event centres in Minneapolis very soon. They have plenty of space, sound system is awesome and the space is very clean and has lots of room. Will recommend their service 100%.Kid-friendliness: They even have games and cards for kidsParking: This place has the biggest parking in the area. They have capacity for over 100 carsWheelchair accessibility: The first floor is easy to access.

The owner and his wife were really rude and condescending. The service overall was ok, but the number plates and food agreed on were wrong. Plates and seats were unaccounted for and we were charged extra for food we previously paid for. Also the refreshments we provided ourselves were taken by the event center. All in all, it isn't a place I recommend people to rent from or buy from. They will agree on amount and blind side you with extra charges. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. P.S. The contract is riddled with loopholes.
The place deserve more than 5 stars . We had Event booked, the place was very clean, Well organized and good people around like manager Hussein and some sisters. The food is so delicious. 100 plus people came over for event, everyone was saying the food was good. Don't worry about parking. Highly Recommended.Thank you guys

Brand new restaurant and community hub. The food is Somali so it was an adventure for me. The spicy beef was too strong for me but I tried the locally sourced goat and it was tasty. If you're not Somali, this is a safe space to get to know Somali people and food.
