Great sandwich spot. I personally have only tried their sandwiches but they are great and the service is good too. The sandwiches come very quickly and the pickles are amazing! In my opinion, pickles are one of the most important parts of a sandwich (that might be just me haha) and they are GREAT! Love this sandwich spot, very much recommended!

The only thing worse than the service is the food. I ordered the Cali cheesesteak which is suppose to come with peppers, onions, and tomatoes with mayo. The meat was so cold it didn't even melt the cheese. No peppers or onions and l went back to ask for mayo and the server tossed to packs of mayo and said put it on yourself. It took 10 minutes for the cashier to finally give me a refund after l already gave my sandwich back and l told her l wasn't leaving without a refund. Never again will I ever eat here.

I'll never go to this specific location again! All I had on me were $100 bills and they refused to take it because apparently $100 bills aren't good enough for them? like wtf?! they're not even located in an area of the city where passing counterfeit $100 bills would even be a thing! I don't understand this, money is money, and if they don't want to take my money that's fine I'll spend it across the street at their competitor. NEVER AGAIN!

First coming here. I often get subs for lunch and wanted to check out the chain. I was pressured by the employees checking out the menu. I’m often considerate of customer service as I’ve worked it for many years. Felt rush when there was no one even waiting besides my co worker.
