Have been here a TON of times because it's great ice cream but that's not all! They have so many dairy free options and options that are also both dairy free and gluten free, so my wife has lots of options, too! They have some of the most creative flavors I've seen and they are so good- pandan, ube, malt vanilla, ground chocolate chips, s'mores, golden milk, maple bacon (with real thick cut bacon in it!!!! ?).This place goes against my goals and increases my cheat days but I'm not just trying to be fit, I'M WANT TO LIVE! ?it's a great treat and the owners are sweet as well, pun intended-They coerced me into trying the cookie and I was so mad because it is BOMB and now I have to leave with one when I come. The savory waffle was the stuff of dreams, I did the ham and cheese and it was elevated, the presentation alone was worth it but it tasted so good.I've also tried the root beer float and the malts with different combinations. When the owners are there, talk ice cream and flavors with them because they are fun to talk to as well.I highly recommend stopping here!Parking: It's NE be prepared to drive around a couple of laps before finding a spot...The ice cream will cool you off after you've gotten heated from losing a couple parking spots! ?

I was looking for an ice cream place to take my hubby for his birthday. I didn't want the usual Dairy Queen. We stopped by Fletchers found out they had a vegan option which is great since he is lactose intolerant. We were able to sample the different options and settled on the Ides of March. It was absolutely amazing! My new favorite.

Amazing icream choices!! I had the Ube which was phenomenal...my son had the salted caramel and Oreo ...phenomenal..and my nephew had the super chocolate with a few marshmallows...phenomenal flavoring! It was our first time there so it was very satisfying...I had an original waffle cone with mine unfortunately it kept crumbling..we dined in ..I asked for a cup the nice guy that made our ice cream (I wish I got his name I think I over heard him said something along the lines of toma or Thomas) he asked me if I wanted another cone. Would have been a bummer if I would have taken my ice cream to go ...however when I got to the register a guy out of nowhere said $25 even...in my mind I'm like $25 for ice cream!! Okay fine. But it didn't sit well with me in the moment but I didn't think about it again until til this morning. Let's go over what I ordered...I got one scoop of Ube and a plain waffle cone. My son got two scoops (1 each of the flavors) and a cup with his order and my nephew got a tiny kiddie cup, he is 4 years old so didn't require much right? Like I mentioned the price ran across my mind this morning so I checked the Fletchers menu...which the prices seems relatively affordable and no matter how many ways I added our treat prices together it still did not come to $25... so I am leaving this review to warn people to make sure they're not being over charged without knowing, realizing or speaking up ...The cashier I did not catch his name either unfortunately I just remember him having lime green dyed hair more so at the tips. Will we go back? Yes... but we will more than likely go to the other location.

Love this place, absolutely my favorite place to stop by for ice cream in the Twin Cities. The workers from the top down are super nice and create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Lots of indoor seating. Plenty of ice cream flavors including the elusive purple ube. The eagles are super fun and delicious. The coffee and hot chocolate are good. A must visit during the warmer days within walking distance of the river and some nice parks.

The quintessential hot fudge sundae. Served in a glass. Plenty of hot fudge. Heaping scoops of ice cream. Sprinkles. Fletcher's goes hard, and they know it.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The Cuban sandwich was crispy, cheesy and delicious! They marinate and cook the pork onsite. Their chai latte is nice and spicy. There are so many bakery treats and ice cream flavors to choose from, you have to keep going back!

My dog and I have been regulars at Fletcher’s since they moved to their Hennepin location. We go at least once a week and both of us look forward to it for many reasons.First, the atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff is always kind and on top of things, even when it gets bonkers in there (from all the people craving their delicious ice cream)! They’re also dog friendly which means a lot to me as someone who wants to do everything with my little guy.Second, they support their community! I love seeing the art on display from local artists. They partner with other local businesses to bring us new yummies (Bao Bao Buns) and bring their own treats to new places (Pivo). I love love that the LGBTQIA+ community is raised up and proudly put on display. And they do a free thanksgiving dinner annually for anyone- what a lovely thing to do. They spread love and you can feel it when you walk in! Who doesn’t want to be around that?Lastly, their coffee, food, ice cream, etc. is just divine. I have had caramel lattes all over the world and Fletchers consistently makes the most tasty latte that I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. I could go on and on about how much I love Fletchers. ❤️

This is a updated review. While I still love their ice cream, I'm starting to wonder if they have a very huge issue with delivery drivers because every time I come there to pick up rather for me and my family or a customer, I always encounter the same dude. That always wants to stop me only when the store is full of people and yelling across the store talking about. Let's make sure you have the right one and I always reply. I'm sure I have the right one. I know how to read. I wouldn't take or steal somebody else's order. It's just sickening how delivery drivers like myself May encounter this time to time from restaurants and for one of my favorite spots on and off the clock. I'm very shocked like dude you could either trust me or you guys could get rid of all your delivery services like don't try to call out the delivery driver. Why you have a store full of customers that look because you're making a commotion. I try my best to comply but at the same time dude, you're embarrassing me and embarrassing. Whatever company I'm working for you're making people not trust delivery drivers
