I recently moved here from FL and haven't have Fuzzy's in over a year. They may not be authentic BUT they were my favorite place for taco's and quesadilla's back home, they were always good and hit the spot.I am sooo happy I found one here! I always get a soft beef taco, soft shredded chicken taco, or a shredded chicken quesadilla. All 3 are soooo yummy. Idk what they do with their taco's but they are literally so good and taste like childhood. Their guac and chips are also super yummy - the guac has been fresh every time and I love how thin the chips are + their seasoning is yummy.However, my only complaint is with the queso. I'm not sure if they make it differently up here, but the queso taste....odd? I don't even know how to describe it. It taste kinda like how a musty/damp room smells?
