Let's just say the place is quite icky and dirty. The place could use a mop to mop the floors and cloth to wipe down walls. The vent looks like it is growing hair. It needs to be clean. Otherwise, the food is ok. Wouldn't be my 1st option.

The one on Uni is better, the catfish nuggets were so over fried you couldn't even bite into them unless you wanted an emergency dental visit. Never visiting this location again...

Customers have rights I asked that it be dipped it was so dry that i peeled most of the bread off i called and said somethig about it and they said they dont dip anymore if people dont like it wet they should say they dont want it dipped thats not a true beef i will not oder from there again it was horrible

Inside atmosphere was welcoming but outside someone was yelling and it frightened me so I had to get in my car and lock the door while waiting for my food.

Gyro bowl was disgusting. Rice tasted like cinnamon...... strong flavor. Wings were good.

Wasn’t a very long wait, so that was nice. They definitely need to clean their lobby more, it definitely needed to be tables wiped and floor swept and mopped. Ordered the catfish strips and catfish nuggets. Definitely some larger bones in there so quality wasn’t the greatest. It was OK.

They need to bring back their old cooks to this location because the young kid / lady who were behind the counter 07/22 had absolutely no clue how to make their food. I kid you not, my chicken was better reheated in the oven than it was originally fresh. The gyro burger I ordered hardly had any lamb meat. When I’m in the mood for this kind of food I’ll be going to A&J’s moving forward.

Ummmm... I like Hook's in general " A Good Hood Chiken Spot" Yet, This Is my Least Favorite Hooks location, its fairly in need of a remodel. Its been through its fair share of new owners within the past few years and its just Not referral worthy.
