Not to be a whiner but I did not enjoy the sarcastic comment about what I ordered yesterday. I wanted to get my sandwich, eat it, and leave. I don't want to be part of your comedy routine. In fact it fell so flat I genuinely panicked and thought I said something incorrectly and then I double checked the menu. I don't want to whine, but I keep thinking about that remark and it was awkward. I wanted to let this staff member at least see it without me having to return, I'll go to the campus one instead now.

Awful service today. Was very busy, I get it, but they continued to prioritize in-person orders ahead of all take-out orders. Was told “10 more minutes” for, truly, a full hour. 59 minutes for a take-out order.UPDATE: Filled out the customer service link sent by Jimmy John’s and have not received any sort of reply.

Took an hour for a pick-up order for 4 sandwiches, 2 of which were simply slims (meat only). In-person orders walked in and went ahead of us for at least 40 minutes. Understand it was busy, but when you had to go find our ticket after 45 minutes- after 2 of us asking 2x you finally believed us- you then put it at the BOTTOM of the pile. “Freaky fast” for sure!

Always consistent with my order, I always come here when they open during my break because they are close and convenient. And now they are open on the weekends so it's even more convenient then before

it was an average meal, i don't think their food is anything special, but it was still good and would consider revisiting since it's a cheaper option! good service and polite workers though!

We are always impressed with how fast our food is ready! And the quality is never compromised. The bread is fresh regardless of the time of day we order. We tried the new Munchie Crusher...it's a new favorite! We hope it's a permanent menu item. The basil and oregano flavors are delicious and really add to the sandwich.

This is a great JJs location! They're super speedy and always get the order right. They also don't skimp on the fillings and everything is always tasting fresh! I really like the unwich here, especially in the summer to take to picnics.
Best source of day-old bread in town. The staff are also super nice.

This has nothing to do with the sandwiches, which I'm sure are great, or the service, which I'm sure is fine.This has everything to do with this location no longer being open on Sundays when the Vikings have home games, and that is unacceptable.

Always a good experience coming to this Jimmy Johns, rarely have any issues at all. Sandwiches are always good, Big John is the best, easily, gotta leave the bread in though!They should probably add a handicap button on the door though, some people could have serious issues opening the door!
