I have given this location 3 or 4 chances... three too many if you ask me. First issue- they lock the doors during business hours and claim to be out of so many things and "not taking orders" for walk-in customers, although you can see them fulfilling online orders and making sandwiches. Second issue- when they are out of ingredients, they don't notify the customer and instead just make the sandwich (minus what they're out of) and hand it to you (like they did tonight). I ordered a Vito and got a turkey sub. The Vito doesn't even have turkey. Third issue- the customer service sucks. The employees don't acknowledge you when you walk in and when they are taking your order, you can tell they either hate their job or life itself. Fourth issue- when they aren't doing anything, expect to see someone on their phone and the other employee with their feet up on one of the dining room tables or chairs. Fifth issue- the dining room is disgusting! The employees don't clean regularly. There is often food all over the tables and floors. Who is the manager of this location? They should be ashamed of themselves. Go to another location, trust me!

I am also surprised at the other reviews. The food is basic but fresh. The service at this store was impeccable. Our order was prepared quickly and correctly. Sadly getting a correct fast food order doesn't happen at most places near my home. It was also sparkling clean. The workers were friendly and went beyond the call of duty in rescuing my debit card when I apparently dropped it.

I don't get the bad reviews. I've been ordering delivery and in store from this location for a year now and I've never had any issues. It's SANDWICHES, people. Calm the hell down.

The price is bad enough but when you order online, get a confirmation but ten 10mins later get a phone call that your order was canceled due to no delivery personnel for the night.
Was sitting waiting for my food at the door, I get a call that my food is here so I open door and no one is anywhere to be seen. No food either. I called the driver back no answer call the store no answer and no food. It’s frustrating trying to get in touch so just doing a chargeback

Not only is the music unnecessarily loud, but they're playing music on a blown speaker and it sounds absolutely horrendous. You'd think they would turn it down after blowing a speaker, but nope. Can't even hear the employees at the counter. It's like ordering a drink at a nightclub.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered here. Took an hour to get to me and it was soggy. Watching the tracker, it appeared to take 20 minutes to get to me.

Don't trust this location. Can't deliver to the right address, can't follow basic instructions, and true to steal your money by not delivering orders that are set for times later in the day. Every other order something seems to go wrong.

After waiting 30 minutes for my order called to see how long. They said atleast another 30 minutes before one sandwich would be out the door. One hour for one sandwich is insane. If I owned or managed this Jimmy John's I'd be embarrassed. It's one thing to be busy. Another to not even try. I did cancel the order. No point in ordering from this location again.
