Food is okay. I ordered a latte with oat milk and the oat beverage tastes horrible. Staff friendly but just one person working at the time. We spent at least a hour ordering and waiting for our order. Place wasn’t clean, with a bunch of cobwebs all over. Unfortunately wasn’t a good experience.

The gal working the counter went above and beyond to make up for not making one of our drinks (totally not a big deal) — but seeing an act of customer service like that in 2023 feels rare so I am compelled to leave a glowing review! Go check this place out, totally worth it!

I regularly go to Jones. Love the coffee and every employee has been extremely friendly. Would love to see different orgin (single or blend) options for cold brew, I think something like this is missing in the area.Dietary restrictions: Large part of the menu is vegetarian.

Good coffee but the service is extremely slow! They need to have two people working. 1 for the coffee bar and 1 for the food. Ideally another for the register but at minimum 2 people. The wait for a coffee is 15 min. There are people who are walking out because the line is too long.

Everything we had here was amazing! The breakfast burrito was really good, made fresh. The pistachio muffin was delicious. And the tonic, and matcha drinks were delicious! 10 outa 10 for sure!

As a DoorDash driver it is unacceptable to not start an order and make us wait 20 minutes.Now I won't have a chance to even make minimum wage because of the delay.We have to make 3 deliveries an hour usually to make minimum wage.So please business owners pay attention to us!We have families!
