According to Google Maps, they are open for takeout at 11:00 am, however, I placed a lunch order at 12:38 pm, and they cancelled it without explanation at 12:39 pm. Unfortunately, there are a lack of lunch options in the North Loop, and I am incredibly disappointed that I wasn't able to order lunch today.

This place is disappointing. The food has potential, but there’s no consistent quality across the dishes. The dumplings and eggrolls we ordered were undercooked as in there were literal raw parts on the wrappers. The soup meat was not tender enough and was not the cut usually used for the dish. Also, the broth did not seem fresh. The beef we ordered was lukewarm. We had to ask for chopsticks. There is none on table as it was setup. So, that was interesting. The service ok. Atmosphere is so so. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

The entire staff was taking shots continually throughout the night. My food was brought out within five minutes. The staff then proceeded to take shots and forget about it the order of the person I was with. The kitchen is an open concept so we saw our food sitting under the heat lamp and we’re curious to see how long it would take. They didn’t take it out to us for about 20 minutes then when she dropped it off, she told us that the kitchen takes a long time with the duck. There was also a man sweeping dust into my shoes intentionally, while we saw napkins and straws all over the floor, and none of the tables were turned from their last guests. I assumed we must have come in right before close and then I checked their hours and they were open for another hour and a half. We were both astonished and left, saying it was the worst experience in a restaurant we had ever had.

Unfortunately does not live up to the hype. Food was ok but not impressive. The drink I got tasted like it was made with shitty vodka. with the food it felt like they were trying to appeal to the Minnesota palate in a way that I imagine would leave both of their potential audiences somewhat disappointed (people looking for authentic Szechuan food vs Minnesotans who can’t handle spice). I got the mapo tofu and it was the most mild mapo tofu I’ve ever had. It definitely wasn’t the worst mapo I’ve had, but it was noticably mild compared to other authentic mapo tofu I’ve had. It also was just too expensive for the quality of the food and drink. I got 1 entree and 1 drink and ended up paying around $50 after tip and everything. It also seems like they are majorly short staffed to the point that it affected our service. We got there and the people in front of us were seated immediately, but we were told there was a 30 minute wait but could sit at the bar. The people who came in after us were also seated immediately (it’s possible they had a reservation but we opted not to make a reservation because of how much open availability they had on their website). Next to the bar were MANY open tables. The bartender was kind enough to seat us at one of those tables but it still took about 25 minutes after being seated to have someone take our drink order. I don’t blame the server we had at all, I know they had a lot of tables and were doing their best. I blame the restaurant for seemingly not properly staffing their restaurant. It seemed like there were only two servers for the entire restaurant.

The food was very bad. Went here for a special occasion and it was ruined because the food was absolutely tasteless. The Dan Dan noodles were just spicy and zero flavor. Table next to us ordered the same thing and had one bite and I could hear them say the same. All spicy no flavor. Ordered the kung-pao chicken and this time it was just zero flavor. The sauce was extremely weak and the chicken did not taste good. I implore you guys to skip on this place because you'll probably get better food at Eddie Chang's.

The owner was so nice and accommodating! The service was very slow and a bit odd. The food was ok. Egg rolls were cold on the inside. Chicken was not super high quality.

The food was good. I would come back again and try some other things. The food came out fast. However, the service was a little slow, but not horrible.

Couldn’t be a bigger fan of JUN. Very fortunate that my older sister showed me this place. Will continue to try something different on the menu, but my first two experiences (and entrees) were excellent. “Go see it!”

Had a fantastic dinner at the bar. The staff gave great recommendations on some items I hadn’t considered, and they were excellent. Great service. The staff was also very professional with a guest upset that there was automatic gratuity with his large party (it was posted, and frankly, this guy was just cheap, and it’s why restaurants have this policy). Excellent service, food, and atmosphere.Try the egg rolls and double cooked pork

Watched the staff handle a really unreasonable guest about an auto gratuity on a large party - very reasonable and professional

We live in the building and to be honest had quit ordering awhile back. (Average at best) Then ordered recently out of laziness...WOW! Everything we ordered was amazing! Hot, tasty, and much improved quality! I not only will order again now, It will be my go to!
