I am a loyal fan of Keefer Court since 1983. I was looking forward for the grand opening of the new location. Waited in line for 15 minutes to get all my favorites. What a disappointment! The custard bun was over breaded with yellow filling ish! I had it better at Mandarin Kitchen. The coconut bun again over breaded and a little coconut filling and tasted old. They were not the same as the old Keefer Court. The snow peanut butter ball was good but overpriced!Fancy box! Flashy location but the bakery items were not fresh as they should be for grand opening!!!

I got here probably around 5:30pm. The bread was not ready. And the price very expensive. Yes think of it as inflation. But for a small piece at $4.25...

I had much higher expectations, there wasn’t much variety which I’m glad there wasn’t because the 4 bakery I bought was so bland, the meat stuffing was too salty. Service was just ok, nothing wow about it. I probably won’t return. A lot of people spent said they over spent and not worth it. Good luck to your business.

If you want more sweet/savory options, I recommend going in the morning. The shop ran out of stuff late afternoon. Very cute shop located inside Asian Mall. The egg tarts have a little bit of egg taste/smell to it. Besides that, it’s not too overly sweetened. The coffee pandan jelly is refreshing and not too sweet to the taste.

We were excited about the opening of Keefer Court bakery and tried a variety of items. The steam bun (bahn Bao) was delicious, moist with a hint of sweet and the meat was flavorful. The pandan/coconut cake was absolutely delicious. Again, moist and the frosting wasn't overly sweet. The buns (coconut bun, pork bun and bbq meat bun) were all super dry. If you're going to try this bakery, I'd recommend sticking to the cakes and steam buns.Overall atmosphere was great!

We tried the red and black sesame balls, hot dog bun, and coconut cream bun. Hot dog bun was very tasty, but our coconut cream bun was really dry. Prices for sesame balls are a bit high at $4.75 a piece. Great set-up inside the bakery with a few tables for dine-in.

Please do not tarnish the legacy of the old owners and get your own Google rating. This store is definitely not a 4.6 star and the ratings are from the old store with different owners. We went in at about 12-ish when it was busy and fresh batches were coming in and out. The fresh bread was dry and the individually wrapped items were old and stale. This store is just coasting off the loyal customers and ripping people off with the new flashy location. Prices were roughly double what they used to be and quality is about half of that.

My husband and I tried it here and it was a great experience. I will say if you’re not a fan of bread, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I didn’t realize this bakery was 99% bread. It was super busy so I couldn’t get all the names of the stuff I got. My favorite thing was the barbecue pork bread 10/10. I also got the cake pictured below 6/10 not really a treat in my opinion. If you like less sugar a great option. The other thing pictured to me was not so great in our opinion very bean tasting. Overall, if you like bread, I bet this will definitely be your favorite place to go. If you like desserts, which is part of the name I recommend going elsewhere. The customer service was great and there was even a show. They limit how many people are inside, so it’s not very claustrophobic. The prices are pretty average for bakery with most items being around 4/5 dollars. As someone who has been looking into this businesses window, since they’ve been building a little disappointed, as I thought they would have more dessert options that weren’t all beans or all bread desserts.

It was a sad day for me when Keefer Court decided to close. It was bittersweet for me, I'm glad that they get to retire and enjoy life but I miss the pork buns but now it's back and better than ever. I'm so happy for all of you, it's a beautiful collaboration in our community . Everything looked great and tasted amazing! Thank you and keep up the good work!

This new store is so bright, modern and clean! I like how some items are individually wrapped. I got some desserts and everything I got was sooo delicious! I’m more of a sweets girls so I’m happy they have a variety of Vietnamese desserts along with the buns. I can’t wait to go back and get more to try. The cashier and all the staff were super nice and friendly.

Soft opening. They claimed it’s fresh. The bakery are dry and they taste like a few days old. The sweet rice (xoi) are hard like they’ve been frozen. Sorry all, I would not spend another penny here! We spent close to $100. Not worth the money!

So sad to see this place go. Congratulations on your retirement! Everything was worth trying, but some of my favorites were the pork puffs and buns, sesame balls, and the cheesecake.

Wow. So impressed. Great dairy free and vegan options.

Yes, prices have gone up recently. This is a small family owned business that is just trying to survive supply costs, labor shortages etc. Regardless, if you can support them you'll have some terrific taste tests. Love the steamed char siu buns, curry beef buns and congee with bbq pork.

Keefer Court increase their prices so drastically that I don't think I will shop there any time soon. For example, the sesame ball used to sell for 1.75, then they raised the price to 2.75 not long ago, now $3.75. Other bakery items are the same 3.75 or more. Crazy!
