Twice now I went to this store & they can’t seem to get my order right I can eat bobba or have it in my drink due to health problems I tell them multiple times but they don’t care I have to take them out by myself from my drink, also the Asian lady told me to relax & as soon as I was ordering had a really not so welcoming look on her face. I’m done actually wasting my time coming here.

We just went for the bubble tea. I got a pineapple smoothie with grape popping bobas, and it was delicious.If you are on or near the University of Minnesota campus, it's definitely worth stopping by.The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The place is very cute and colorful. People leave post-it notes on the wall. They customize your drink, and you can choose the coffee/tea and toppings. I got the matcha bubble tea. It's affordable and trendy right now. The staff is helpful, and the service is quick. It is located in the Lepot Chinese restaurant where you get hotpot too. I'd go there again.

I love the tea but I don’t recommend paying in cash here. I gave the cashier a $20 but I got incorrect change back. I went back to get my correct change and they told me that I was mistaken. I knew how much cash was in my wallet ($60) before, so I was upset/disappointed that they weren’t honest about the transaction.

There’s this Mexican girl who works in the front long dark hair who you think is nice at first but she mean mugs at people up & down when she thinks your not looking, just really isn’t a nice person judged you has a judgmental energy you can feel I think she has something against people of color I caught her doing this to me & I didn’t say anything. That’s just pure wrong! & makes people not wanna come back here.

Would not simply just blend my drink I wanted coconut milk tea not over ice but blended and they refused I even offered them to charge me extra two dollars to just blend my ice . Wouldn't do it and was very

This is my favorite KFT location because it is inside Le Pot Hot Pot- making it perfect for and after dinner dessert or pre dinner beverage. KFT is a chain and this location is pretty consistent. I love getting the rosehip milk tea, oolong milk tea or signature milk tea. Sometimes I change it up with Taro or a yogurt drink but everything is good. KFT is def on the sweeter side, but you can ask for less sweetness or less ice. I love getting the regular boba but sometimes mix it up with pudding. You can order at the counter or download the app. Service is fairly quick. There's a couple counter spots to sit at but most people take their drinks to-go or with them to their tables when they get hot pot. Def has a more casual feel to it.

The strong fish smell is so unpleasant I cannot comprehend the idea of going back here and makes me think my drink is disgusting I also applied here and they are bias and will not hire based on if you look Asian or not. I clearly am not being white and blonde
