It would appear that if you do not know the staff/ bartenders they have zero interest in providing any service to you. Due to the amount of time it took to even be greeted when the restaurant was only about 30% full should have been the red flag to not further waste any more time.Note - they will only serve happy hour if you are seated at the bar, however even if you are seated at the bar don’t expect anyone to actually acknowledge you. The 20 minutes we spent in this restaurant the bartender spoke to only 2 sets of customers.

Great location and decor. Service was really spotty. Three of the four of us ordered burgers. One was very late. All overdone. We were told after the fact that they were smash burgers and supposed to be well done. Drinks were all outstanding.

Would give a zero if possible. Worst (meaning absolutely no service) ever. You couldn't pay me to try and go back to this place. Waited more than 5 minutes to just get acknowledged at the door. Waited another 10 minutes and the bar and not a single person came over to greet us or acknowledge us there. Two bartenders on staff not doing anything at all. Finally gave up and left and spent $150+ at another restaurant that wanted our business. Absolutely a no go to this place in my opinion.

Here for late brunch Saturday and the experience was less than satisfactory. Service was S-L-O-W and food was barely mediocre. No one took our order for 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes passed before we received our drinks. Food arrived and I was shocked at how unsubstantial it was. The omelet was smaller than the size of my hand and the breakfast potatoes were scarce. The picture shows how little food was on the plate. Taste wise, nothin was salted - everything was so bland. For a $15 omelette, at least make an effort to plate nicely and give more potatoes. Walked away not full, disappointed and won’t be returning for an overpriced and no flavor meal.

The food was delicious and the JAM was the jam! And to top it off, service was amazing. My party requested to move tables and the crew were very accommodating and patient with us. They also had a lot of space to move around too and outdoor seating. Thank you for a great experience! Definitely coming back for more jam!!

I don't give 5s often but this was the best meal I've had in a while. We got the cheese curds with this sweet spicy jam (sounds weird but 10/10) and honestly, the cheese curds are better than the state fair ?I got the salmon plate and my partner got the fried chicken sandwich, BOTH 10/10 it's crazy ...I also requested a mocktail and for anyone who's interested- use the apple butter jam and club soda. Who woulda thought. Amazing.

Very underwhelmed at this new restaurant.Only recommended for the bar experience to try their gin and jam drinks. The service was subpar. I made reservations for the dining room and they put me in the back room which was not as vibrant as the main dining room. Furthermore, the staff were overwhelmed that night, seen rushing around and stepping on each other's toes which took away from the vibe. The food was only ok. They jam board was overpriced for the amount of food that was given and the oil for the toasts covered the bottom of the plate. The BBQ burnt ends Mac n Cheese was also very milky and tasted "out of the box".The gin and jam drinks were very good and well deserved signature drink. The atmosphere was confusing because of the TVs on during dinner service on a Friday night.

The gin and jam drinks are the star of the show!! We had three with the Rose Gin and peach, jalapeño pineapple, raspberry and wild berry jam and then one wild berry jam and tequila. They were all good but my fav was the raspberry jam amd rose gin the peach and jalapeño jam couldn't really be tasted. The food isn't horrible but doesn't wow me. We had chicken wings, cheese curds, shrimp po boy and a fried chicken sandwich. There was definitely a lack of seasoning and old grease used to fry the food so that wasn't great. Overall their happy hour menu is decent and the drinks we had were good but I doubt I would come back. Parking is also not great so be mindful of that.

Great looking place and our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food looked great but was ok. The specialty drinks were delicious and a little pricey but felt worth it for a premium cocktail.Parking: It's Eat Street so a lot of restaurants means a lot of people so be prepared to have to look depending on the night

I have been wanting to try this place and I’m really happy I was recently able to. The best part? Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Even the bathrooms are cute! It was a really clean place with super adorable dog themed decor. My food was also pretty good. I got the chicken tenders and French toast and I was happy with it. The worst part? Service was a tad slow. Our food took a bit to come out and the bathroom paper towel dispenser in the woman’s restroom wasn’t working but it was overall a good experience. I must also add that parking is not easy. Some got lucky and were able to find a spot right in front of the restaurant but a few of us had to park a block or two away. I was told there was a lot behind the restaurant but someone said they weren’t marked so they didn’t know it was for the restaurant but I’m not too sure about this.Parking: Hard to find. Not many spots open near the restaurant but I’m sure this depends on when you go. We went on a Sunday afternoon and we had a hard time finding spots.
