The wagyu sirloin was not very good. Everyone’s steaks were overcooked too. Definitely not worth what they are charging.Parking: $20 for parking for dinner.

Visiting Milwaukee Road was an experience transformed into sheer delight, thanks largely to the wonderful service provided by a warm, graceful waitress named Demeris. While the restaurant is an elegant and comfortable environment, she makes the experience like a warm gentle breeze straight from the picturesque landscapes of Greece. From the moment I am seated, her welcoming smile and pleasant demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Food is enhanced not just by the ingredients and atmosphere, but by the individuals involved in preparing and presenting a meal experience. Not only is she a vision of beauty, but her depth of knowledge about the menu and her insightful recommendations is like having a personal culinary guide. Nothing more can be asked of someone serving a meal. She is attentive without being intrusive and ensured that every aspect of the meal experience was perfect. It is rare to encounter such genuine and dedicated service. As a guest, the high standards of this establishment are reflected in the service she provided. Frankly, a visit here would be incomplete without the privilege of being hosted by her. Demeris is a gem that makes dining here a memorable event and begs many, many more return visits.

The depot Flatbread was just delicious, I can not recommend that starter enough! We also enjoyed the waygu steak and lobster Mac n cheese. Was delicious just a bit pricy.

Stopped by for dinner before a show at the Guthrie, we had a 6pm reservation before a 7:30 show which my friends I was with said they had done here before and the timing always worked out. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us. At around 7, our server cleared half our plates and we were ready to ask for the check when she returned to clear the rest of the table. Unfortunately, 15 minutes passed without seeing her again (we were one of 3 tables there and her only table I believe). We asked the other server for the check, stating that we had to head out soon to make it to the show in time. He went to find her but it took another 20 minutes to find her and work on sorting out the bill (it took 3 tries to get the machine working and get all items on the check correctly). We ended up leaving the restaurant just after 7:30, ran the 5 minutes to the Guthrie, and had to miss the first 10 minutes of the show. Food seemed to be variable, my friends who got the BLT and burgers enjoyed their meals, but my other friend notes that the fried chicken sandwich was very soggy and my chicken Caesar was not great. The Parmesan crisp was so soggy that it bent in half instead of snapping, the grilled bread was rock hard, and it honestly tasted just like romaine lettuce with bottled dressing (not a bad thing but for $15 I would have expected more). I paid $7 extra to add chicken and it ended up being a grilled chicken thigh, which isn't bad necessarily I was just expecting grilled chicken breast so that's something to be aware of. On a positive note, my strawberry spritzer mocktail was great! I would not return here for food, but if I was in the area or had a friend staying in the hotel I would return just for drinks (and make sure I had extra time scheduled for slow service).

Food amazing, comfortable table, we enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks, Our server however ignored us, did not smile at all and clearly did not want to serve us. The hostess cleared our table , served our dessert and coffee A-PLUS EXPERIENCE except our waitress

Service was very good for an early NY Eve dinner. But the food was very average, prices were the “new norm” (ie, high) making for a so-so value. A fine, pleasant place if you're staying at the hotel, but not destination dining.

Sunday brunch before a Viking's game... I'd called before our reservation and was told that there was both a buffet and menu options, but when we arrived only the buffet was available. The buffet was not nearly what we would have expected, especially for $22 pp. Service was poor, and we had to repeatedly find someone to take our drink order. Very disappointing.

I can't remember the last time I had such a BAD restaurant experience. We sat for 35 minutes before a waiter/waitress ever even acknowledged us. Finally a waiter came over only to tell us how busy they are. When we finally had our actual waitress come over (45 minutes after being seated) we put in our order right away. 40 minutes later after several tables around us (who had order after us) had gotten their food we still hadn't. We went up to the manager to ask what was going on since we hadn't seen our waitress since our initial order was taken. The manager brought our food out right away, which can only mean it was sitting in the kitchen waiting to be deliver the whole time. Once the food arrived it was freezing cold. So after waiting 45 minutes to place the order and another 40 minutes to receive our food (1 hr 25 mn total) the dinner end up being cold and inedible. The waitress then tried to apologize by offering to comp the "entire" dinner, but when the bill came they only took off 2 Diet Cokes and 1 salad (an $18 value).

We got desserts, which were really good. The staff was really nice but the desserts took forever to come out.

First time eating at Milwaukee Road, food was pretty good. I had the Steak sandwich, very tender, the fries were good as well. Portion size wasn't super big, so if you're really hungry order your own meal. One disappointment, we could not order a cocktail for lunch because the bartender arrives later in the afternoon.

Great service and cool atmosphere. Definitely would go back!

The menu that you see on OpenTable is completely different from the menu when you get there, I was not very impressed. The service was not that great, and the steak bites were disgusting. Very cute ambience and very cute vibes but not the best menu.

The service was great, the food delicious. Beautiful venue with much history. However, due to the restaurant being also pretty open to lobby area. Make it difficult to control noise volume when lobby is busy. Also makes it hard to control environmental temperature for restaurant patrons. Overall would return due to good food and service as well as ambiance aside from noise and environmental temperature control.
