First time to this restaurant. The space and decor are outstanding. Food was very good but not great. The service was a big disappointment. The attentiveness of the wait staff was lacking and slow. Ordered the bread service and didn't get it until we were almost finished with our meal ( but it was delicious!) Would have given 3.5 stars if that was an option. I hope they get things figured out...it's a nice space and a good concept.

A really good French bistro. I enjoyed the pasta with a lamb ragout, an endive/radicchio salad with blue cheese and jambon, and the laminated brioche rolls. My friend loved the Icelandic cod and carrot slaw. It is so close to Washington Park, which makes it easy to park, enjoy a meal, and see a show at Music Hall, Shakespeare Company, etc.

Loved the Cod and my husband had the duck and that was delicious also! The restaurant was very helpful in explaining all gluten free options. I had many items to choose from including a chocolate mousse! Our waitress was wonderful and attentive! Thank you for being a restaurant that recognizes allergies and attempts with grace to serve delicious food to people that can't eat everything! Love Aaron the bartender , he's the best! We will be back!

The main dishes were delicious. The cod was exceptionally good. However the desserts are average. The chocolate sauce on the profiteroles was bland. They could step up the quality for desserts.

Let's just say, I was saved the money, hassle and poor airline service from going to Paris to thoroughly enjoy true French cuisine by just heading to Colette! The laminated brioche was better than what I read...flaky and crunchy on the outside but melt in you mouth, salty and buttery...my wife had the beet salad...the combination of the perfectly prepared golden and red beets with creme fraiche and just a tiny hint of horseradish was perfection. Her ravioli Dauphine is simply THE BEST pasta dish in Cincinnati...Pepp & Dolores and Sotto have a new rival! My cod was tender yet firm...prepared with a beurre blanc that made me want to lick my plate clean! And, to top it off, we were served a Mille Fueille that would challenge the best pastry shops in Paris for its technical expression of fine pastry. All in all I want to thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything we were served was great from the cocktails through to the desserts and after dinner coffee. The service matched the meal with great attention to detail. The wait staff was on top of everything. I hope they keep it up because I'd love to go back again and again. Highly recommend.

Overall a wonderful experience! The food was excellent, the service was exceptional! I would (and will be) recommending Collette to all of my friends. The quarters were a little bit tight, especially at the entry, but this was a Saturday night and the joint was jumping!!

Food was delicious. We shared the carrot salad and then had the ravioli and mushrooms individually. Both entrees were good but a little heavy handed. The service was polite and attentive while the kitchen was slow. The noise level was annoying. Maybe a different selection at the volume would have been better or maybe it was just too loud for me to taste my food!

Excellent experience all around. The restaurant is spacious, service is quick and great, and most of all the food was amazing. We split three entrees, the mushrooms, raviole, and duck confit. All were perfectly done. The raviole was rich and decadent, the duck was extremely tender with a perfect crispy skin, and the mushrooms were one of the most unique and delicious dishes I've had in a long time. Our dessert was great and we really enjoyed the cocktails too.

Everything was fantastic! I def recommend the “Missy” cocktail it's so yummy and refreshing. The croissant(bread) is definitely worth it! My entree was the Cod and my friend had the ravioli and both were absolutely divine. Then came the dessert with after dinner drinks; the mouse chocolate and the “Millie” dessert are delicious. I'm definitely coming back to this restaurant. Also I forget the name of our server but he was well versed on the menu and treated us well. Absolutely wonderful service and the decor/ ambiance is so cute and makes you feel right at home ! Chef Danny Combs is a genius!
