After I received no service across the street, I was lucky enough to wander in here. Delicious! Great service, friendly staff. Dean took great care of me. Had the special: Chicken Alfredo Ravioli, it was fantastic. I travel for work so I’m always looking for diamonds… found one!

Why did you start allowing poker games two times a week? Takes away from the ambience. So, folks can come play poker and not order food?

Tried for the 1st time tonight ordered to go. Got one decent sized meatball to my build your own pasta. The tiramisu was really good, the container that it was in was sideways but not the biggest deal. Pasta was good also.

I have eaten there twice in just a few days. Food is really pretty good. Second time much of it while good, needed salt. Both times the restaurant was cold & while when I asked they turned up the heat it was still chilly. There was no music. A vintage Italian Playlist would have been fun. I will definitely go again but it could be.tightened up.

We went to noonah's hoping to find a hidden gem. I will first start off by saying that the manager and the wait staff were fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating. The service was grea. The restaurant itself was cute but a little outdated. Where noona's really went wrong was with the food and drink. The wine selection was decent, but we ordered an old-fashioned. It was completely watered down to the point where you couldn't even taste whiskey. When we got to the food portion, there was no quality control. Started off with bruschetta. The tomatoes were nice with the bread was completely charred. Like black. And there was no seasoning. My husband ordered a steak that came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The quality of the steak was good. But again, zero seasoning couldn't even tell if there was salt on it. The asparagus was charred and the mashed potatoes were unseasoned as well. I ordered shrimp scampy over angel hair pasta. The pasta was overcooked and mushy, and the shrimp were undercooked and still completely translucent. To the point where I did not eat the dish because I was afraid of getting food poisoning. I feel like the restaurant could be great if there was even just a little bit of quality control over what's coming out of the kitchen. The menu looked wonderful. But I don't want to pay a hundred dollars for a dinner that is barely edible.

Service is hit and miss. Atmosphere is cozy but the lighting is harsh. Florescent bulbs. Wine is warmer than recommended temp.Food is okay but decent for the price. Bread did not seem fresh or flavorful. The seafood was chewy. And they were out of stock for many items. Including our first choice dessert, port wine, and our selected beer.On the plus side it's a local establishment in a great part of downtown Robbinsdale. Great patio.

Conveniently they were able to accommodate our group of 6 on a Saturday night without reservations. Our server was friendly and the food was good. Our group enjoyed the Stuffed Mushrooms, Baked Mostaccioli, Spaghetti Carbonara, and Lasagna the most. The Calamari and Spicy Shrimp Fra Diavolo were okay. Each entree came with bread, soup or salad. Our server forgot what salads and orders each person had, but did a great job clearing the tables and ensured we have enough drinks. Due to being there for a birthday, she got a Connoli on the house. She also ordered a Tiramisu. She said both were excellent!

I was so disappointed with the food. Probably one of the worst Italian dinners I’ve had. The bread they served was normal sliced white bread that was cold and dry. The chicken fettuccine had no flavor and dry. All of the wine is house level. On top of that the staff working at the bar was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I heard a swear words left and right and they were rowdy. I felt like I was in a bar. It was hard to enjoy a birthday meal with my family. Completely disappointed with the whole experience

Some of the worst most over priced Italian food we’ve ever had.

The food was good, but not as good as I remembered from the past with the original owners. The cocktails were uninspired and forgettable. Perhaps that was because our server was also acting as the bartender? Our bruschetta appetizer was bland, and the bread base was too thick, soggy, and not seasoned. The entrees were fairly good. My husband enjoyed his Pork Mediterraneo, but my seafood ciopionno tasted like the tomato sauce/broth came straight from a can. I ordered it spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. The salad and balsamic dressing were fresh and delicious. The homemade lemon Gelato was heavenly. Our server was a bit overwhelmed. They were short staffed, but he did a good job nevertheless. We had a nice dinner and a good time overall, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I was very surprised to read some reviews that stated they had bad service because I had the opposite experience. My boyfriend and I came in tonight for valentine's day around 6:30 and we still received our food within 15-20 minutes of ordering even though the whole place was packed. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken bruschetta and it was probably one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had! Our server was amazing and checked in with us frequently even though he had multiple other tables. The prices are very good considering the quality of the meal you receive and each dish comes with bread and a choice of salad or soup. I will definitely be coming back!

Food is cold…and stale. I think it’s microwaved. I was startled twice from the loud dishes falling onto the floor. The marry me chicken, which was the special tonight, made me get a divorce.

Our server was kind but we witnessed him get into an altercation with a member of the kitchen staff. The food was okay but under seasoned. Surprised to see that the kitchen staff weren't wearing hair nets or anything to prevent their long hair from getting into the food.

Unfortunately tonight was not a good experience for us at Noona Rosa. We showed up at 7:15pm on a Sunday night. We were seated right away and that waiter told us he was cut for the night and the other waitress would help us. There were a few other tables of guests there. The service was ok by our waitress. Appetizers were good. But the main meal never showed. We were brought out our salads and then as we were finishing we were told they ran out of Alfredo Sauce so half of our party's meals were not able to be served. Our waitress asked if there were substitutions she could make but with a toddler with us and it was almost 8:30 at this point (well over an hour after we arrived) we chose to leave. This may have been a one off experience but we all left still hungry and with a tired toddler. We probably won't give them a second chance.
