Was such a cool place with awesome cocktails and food. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic and makes me what to come again. The only unfortunate thing was that our server was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. Zero smiles, not at all friendly, short with us, and just brought everyone down whenever he was around. Also would bring out drinks and food and just expect people to know who’s food is who’s without announcing what he had in his hands. Was not too pumped that there was gratuity added to my bill automatically because this dude did not deserve it one bit.

I was there Saturday night after axe throwing with 6 other friends. We came in right before 9 pm and the waitress assertively told us that the kitchen was closing within minutes. We said that was fine because we were there for drinks only. The waitress treated us like we irritated her by being there. She barely checked on us, forgot to bring a drink, when I went to get it she was no where to be seen. When she brought the tab she threw it on the table. I have never been treated like that before and I will not recommend Norseman or go back again. Ridiculous

Solid array of craft cocktails. I had some rendition of the Bee’s Knees that was excellent. I loved their hummus spread. The atmosphere was fun with a bingo night occurring when we were there along with a ping pong table.

I’ve visited this elegant and rad establishment a few times. The menu is impressive and offers so many options for your spirit choice. My personal favorite to order is flights of liquor because I want to enjoy the botanicals and bold flavor of gin and whiskey. It’s always a fun visit with friends.

Great atmosphere in converted industrial space. Smart cocktails contributed by members of the bar staff built on a foundation of solid spirits and accented with their own liquors and bitters. Well worth the stop for us on an overnight in the Twin Cities.

My fiancee, a few friends, and I all came here for Trivia Mafia. None of us had been here before and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was and the overall drink and food offerings.I got an Old Fashioned (which was excellent) and my fiancee got a Negroni. One of our friends got the Mule and everybody said their drinks were fantastic (and potent). I didn't have any food but everyone that did said it was tasty. Most of the options were flatbread type meals/snacks with lots of variations on that.Trivia was also great and the distillery had a dedicated space for that. The service was fantastic throughout and we'll definitely be coming again. 5 stars from me!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp into the building that's steep but accessible. I'm unsure if the doorways are wheelchair accessible but the space could accommodate a wheelchair user.
