Food great but as I walked up to the counter the young lady looked at me and went to the back and the other employees just looked at me no one said hold on or she will be back It was awkward especially with the other employees just looking at me and no one said nothing started to leave just as I was about to leave she asked can I help you.

Best Somali Mediterranean cuisine in South Minneapolis. I love that all of the main dishes come with a side of salad, hummus and pita bread! My family and I went during a busy night as a big group and the staff didn’t stress but rather, made sure all of orders were right, continuing to check in. One of the workers even gave my little sister a dessert on the house after our meal. We sat in the south dining room which was cozy and clean! A MUST GO!!! Clean establishment and welcoming atmosphere!
Everything was delicious, especially the chicken schwarma and goat dishes. Sambuses and Somali pancakes were fabulous. Definitely eating here again!
