I love this place and have been enjoying their donuts since I was a child! You want a classic donut that is yhe right consistency than look no further. My only draw back is they can be closed or not open during posted business hours randomly. Since it has been ran by the same people for the past 30yrs I can imagine extra days off are needed sometimes.
I was craving donuts, wanted something better than Dunkin Donuts. There’s not really any good donut places in Minnesota. There’s no longer Krispy Kreme, which in my opinion was the best donut place. However, the donuts from this shop were very good. I got an order of 12 assorted. Donuts tasted very fresh & not dry (like Dunkin Donuts). Been meaning to stop here for a while and finally found myself in the neighborhood. This is a no-frills, classic donut shop and it did not disappoint. Solid selection of classic cake, raised, and old-fashioned donuts including lots of cream-filled options. Friendly guy behind the counter and a bit of a line when I got there on a Saturday morning. Everything we tried was great.
