Homey BBQ joint. Had the Memphis bowl, very tasty. I added a bit much BBQ sauce because they were very good. Didn't wreck it, just needed a spin to get it all.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but my dissatisfaction with the supposed Memphis style BBQ offered here fell way short of expectation. I had the 2 meat platter with brisket and ribs, and the first thing I noticed was that all of the meat was dried out and did not have a nice smoke ring that you'd expect to find in smoked BBQ. The brisket they served up was the flat section of the brisket, which lacks fat and flavor. For a platter that costs $25 after taxes, I expected to get the good piece of the brisket, and that it would have some smoke flavor, and be juicy. The sides were good, the meats were very disappointing. Hopefully it was just a bad day in the kitchen, but regardless I won't be back.

The food is so awful I've put down my plate to write this review. The potatoes are cold and hard, the ribs dried and overcooked, and the brisket lacks any redeeming qualities. Okay, the corn bread top was decent. Avoid this place if you want good BBQ. I'm upset, hungry and about to throw the rest in the trash.

Old Southern BBQ catered our daughter's wedding for about 250 guests. Amy and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! They accommodated all of our requests without complaint. The food was amazing, we received a bunch of compliments from the guests. I highly recommend Amy, her staff and Old Southern BBQ!

It is very expensive and on top of that they didn't give me what I wanted, they sold me what they wanted!! The portion they serve is very little and the flavor is not that good, it left a bad taste in my mouth!!

Food was good, Mac and cheese was awesome. I ordered the 2 meat platter and prefered the pulled pork. I love a little more kick to my sauces. My only suggestion would be to turn up the heat on a new sauce.It's everything you want from a BBQ joint.
I have been a customer here several times, but mainly, I deliver quite a few meals through DoorDash, sometimes up to five deliveries per day. The staff is always accommodating, but the person I see most frequently is Vinny. He constantly shows urgency to my deliveries, and I see him packing orders, expediting, and cooking the food. He is extremely helpful in making sure my deliveries arrive to the customer on time. He is an asset to the organization.

Food had a weird taste to it, it is hard to explain... like a machine made the food and the machine got fluid off some sort In it.. gross. I got the two meat platter, if I wanted to eat pot roast, it was closer to that than BBQ. The chicken skin was bland paper texture and the corn bread should be outlawed. Ew. And let's not forget about the macaroni and cheese that was sitting there so long that the tasteless cheese had fallen to the bottom of the container they serve it in.
