The chicken noodle soup was brown & was so salty that I threw it away….yuck! The chicken avo-BLT was good though (even though it had some brown/old lettuce on it). Come on Panera, you need to do better!….especially considering the prices you’re charging. Will not return to this location.

The bagels were delicious but my hot cocoa was watery and tasted… off. Atmosphere was not ideal for quiet studying but that’s not what you expect when you go to a cafe.Parking: spots are small

Very disappointed with my order today. Granted, everyone has an off day so one must make allowances. Had a breakfast sandwich. It was cold so I brought it back. By cold, the cheese was not melted, there was only a sliver of a slice of avocado, very little sauce for flavor….the sandwich was not up to their normal standard. I brought it back and showed it to the manager. She seemed defensive and not very apologetic. I’ve come to this restaurant for years and pass up other Paneras along the way because I have always been pleased. Not today. Very disappointed in the attitude even though they remade it. They have always had good customer service so it was probably an off day, but very disappointed in how they handled it. Not even a I’m sorry, we will seek to do better.

They are my "go to" Panera since they are close by.Pros:+ SIP club is a great deal+ bagels are great+ food is decent.Cons:- SLOW!- average wait in the drive through is 10-20 minute range if there are even just 2 or 3 cars in the line. It takes- you can get TRAPPED in the drive through with no way to escape behind someone who places a super long order. I'm talking 20-30 minutes waiting to get through the drive through. They have multiple "drive through" parking spots which places like Culvers might have you pull around and park / they bring your food out - they also have a decent walk along the drivethrough where they could have people pull forward and bring it out so you could pay / get your order... But they NEVER use it.Recommendations:- PLEASE implement an automatic timer system tracking how long cars are waiting. If someone only orders a coffee, don't make them wait 20 minutes for someone to get an entire family meal made. Have them pull around and park in spots 1, 2, or 3.Aside from that, 5 stars.Parking: They share a lot with the other buildings in their little strip mall, but there is plenty of spaces pretty close.Kid-friendliness: It's Panera. Fast casual. Nobody is going to complain if you bring kids

If I could give minus stars, I would. This Panera should be shut down. I ordered my Sip Club beverage and the head manager herself refused me a large cup for my hot water! There isn't an option to order a large cup for hot tea, but it shouldn't matter because Sip Club members can get any size. My family and I have had multiple issues at this Panera, and we will not be coming back! It's worth the drive to go to the well-managed Riverdale Panera. Also, the restaurant and bathrooms are always so filthy here.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and this location always runs out if bread. The irony of a "bread" place not having bread is asinine. They still wanted to charge same prices for sandwiches on toast and no added drinks or offered discount for the inconvenience. Needs work.

I ordered two fruit and yogurt parfait and 1 was made correctly and the other had old water on top and no granola. Also, they hire a lot of people and then don't give them any hours, 2 per day, one day per week on average. Because of this I advised my daughter to get a different job.

Ordered a bacon avocado melt not toasted no aioli ... this is what that is. Doesn't even cover the bread. Looks like one piece of bacon. Panera you call this a sandwich. SMH! I figured there was a reason I never go to Panera. Restaurant is dirty and they acted like we were a problem when I said something.

It is disappointing when you order a chicken avocado melt and it comes on a different bread. YuckYou should let the customer know that you are out of the bread it comes on and give them the option if they still want to order it! If I would have known, would have ordered something else Instead of wasting my Money! Thanks

I had a consistently frustrating experience with Panera Bread. Despite placing online orders, the bagels were repeatedly out of stock, leading to hour-long waits only to have my order canceled. On top of that, when picking up in person, my bagels were supposedly taken by someone else, and the lack of customer service left me disappointed.

Great service and great food. I needed a good meal and Panera bread off spring brook drive came through. Staff was friendly. The food was delicious and ready very quickly. Thanks. I will be coming back.

Not sure what’s going on with the drive thru. I’ve gone there twice and both times I left without getting my order. They’ll take my order but as soon as I get to the window I’ll see the employees but they never approach me to take my payment or give me my order. Both times I ended up waiting for nearly 10 minutes with no one approaching me, so I just drove off.
