Ordered a large pizza; was supposed to be half black olive pepperoni and half cheese. There were 10 pepperoni and 12 black olives, so few it was easy to count.. the pizza was a saucy mess with barely any cheese. Also ordered was supposed to be cinnamon pull aparts, the box said the right thing but in the box was brownies.I tried to call several times, this was between 3 and 4pm. The store would pick up the phone and put me on hold without saying a word.I waited a bit and tried calling again. The pizza was inedible and I don't like chocolate. I wanted my order not a refund.I tried to call again, finally someone picked up.. she refused to send out a refire, stating they already had to make it several times due to door dash messing up. I had no way of knowing that as I was never contacted or told. I was delivered the order once and it was horrid. I explained as the customer that's not my fault and I shouldn't be punished all I wanted was my order. She offered a credit or a refund.. she was extremely rude and argumentative. I barely have a voice as I'm sick and didn't want to go out to get food. Low on groceries, I just wanted pizza and gooey cinnamon pull aparts. Comfort food. So much for comfort. ?Last time I ordered the order never came, they gave me a refund but I'm sad, no papa johns for me, this store just isn't reliable.

Put in an order at 12:26pm, they sent it through DoorDash and it never came. I told them to get me another order and it took another hour to get to me.When I called to ask for an update on the status, they laughed and hung up the phone.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place. The pizza was ordered well done and was delivered looking like it was hit with a flamethrower for an extended period. When I called the store to bring this to their attention, the guy became argumentative and seemed personally offended. Horrible

Do not order from here. Unprofessional liars that do not care about doing a good job or you as a customer. Supposed managers refuse to give their name, and don't deliver your pizza when they are suppose to. Delivery driver left pizza in the vehicle for over an hour and finally showed up an hour late when she only had 2 orders. Must of went on a joyride instead of doing her job.

We ordered carry out and the pizzas were very good. They also gave us a couple extra garlic sauces which I appreciated. I can’t speak for delivery since we did carry out.

the MANAGER hung up on my partner 3x when we called politely asking for an update on the replacement pizza because the first time it was 35 minutes late and cold. The manager snapped at him saying we would get "a credit to our account" but would offer no proof in an email.

Decided not to order. I called to see about pricing for a medium with one topping. The person taking the order (offsite location, not at the store) only wanted to push other items. Had to tell this person repeatedly did not want any of that other stuff. When she finally gets it, she tells me, “It’s only $23.” I told her I was not interested and unwilling to pay that price. It’s that easy to just save yourself $25. In my opinion, to hell with these franchisees trying to make a living.
The pizza I ordered was XL new York style pizza with pepperoni and sausage.Papa johns is usually my favorite, however in this location they managed to overcook the pizza , and barely any cheese on it.It looked dry and Slightly burnt and I could barely chew it .I don't think it's always this bad, I think the person that made this is responsible.
